Burger King, Phoenix AZ

Great breakfast selection. Courteous staff. Clean restaurant. Fast service. Conveniently located on the northeast corner close to Food City.

Food was up to par with other Burger Kings I've been to. The bathrooms were out of service though.

Very rude supervisors have been told several times that end machine didn’t work even though person in front of me had just used it. They are still using discriminatory practices in 2021 shame on them.

I always like the employees here, they are all so great and the food is Burger King food lol not different from the other locations.

It's Burger King. My burger was dry. My fries were hard and cold. There were no restrooms available. The service was very good.

Poor customer service. Dummy running the drive thru has a major attitude problem and can't comprehend the meaning of plain. Don't go here. You'll be disappointed.

Blah.both my whopper orders were missing tomatoes and the fries were sorry.oh well guess thats what I get for going to the ghetto burger king.

Slow service and their women's facilities were the worst ive ever seen. The toilets didnt flush and were disgusting. The staff did not seem to care.

Had coupons so went bought a bunch of food for good deal employees were nice, and helpful. From What I could tell lobby was clean

We waited for 10 mins without being acknowledged before ordering our food. The cashier was cold, unfriendly, anti social, and became agitated when we did a special order. It took another 10 mins to get our food. Bad customer service.

Terrible service. Always give the wrong drinks. Stuff everything in the bag like a mess. Lazy workers, never going back. Don’t go there

Not worth it. Gave me the wrong food. Out of their frozen drinks in the middle of the day. Asked for ranch and got ketchup. Waste of money.

Employees are a bit rude, the don't acknowledged you when you walk in, lots of homeless drugies hanging out in front begging for money too, makes you feel really uncomfortable

Rude did not say hello to me. I had to say something to get attention from an employee. Maybe try to smile more too.

THEIR Mens bathroom had Fecis everywhere no toilet paper and the people THAT work the counter are texting to much and not concerned about the orders or peoole

UNEDUCATED. I've never wanted to write a review on a fastfood place but, i wanted to share the idiocy inside those walls. I had a coupon on my phone & was told i couldn't use it because they need all coupons for their records. Smh let that soak in for a minute. Also, If your not mexican they give you major attitude

Just was not a good experience. Food was cold, drinks were wrong, and team members got upset when corrected.

Why because I had a gift card and because I'm an American they frowned against that at Burger King on 27th and Bethany Home that's the only one I know of is close where I was at they're racist there you're not a Mexican you're no good.

This was an experience that I really prefer not to really sure but I will you store on the corner of 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road has nothing but homeless people hanging out in front of it I was not even able to park my vehicle to go into the store I had to wait until they moved over I went in and talked to you manager and they said there was nothing they could do about that so I call the Phoenix police department and they said that all they have to do is call them and I'll respond but that's the only way that we can clean up the neighborhood it's a hassle to that store I talked to my friend who owns 15 group homes and he said that he has went to that store before with his clients but they don't even bother to go in that they just drive through the drive-thru and that's not an experience that we want are people with special needs to have we want them to be going to a restaurant and sit down and enjoy their meal instead of going to drive through and getting the food and taking it home because we could always cook for them we could cook them in house but it's better that they go out in the community so I don't know what you guys are going to do with that store but as for me and my group homes I will not be going to that facility again and I'm going to encourage my that is a place that I don't think you should take his clients as well
