Burger King, Phoenix AZ

Nice and newly remodeled, but watch out for all the homeless people and addicts hanging around the place.

They are suppose to be opened until midnight on Friday nights but never are. When I called to find out if they were open at 11: 30pm on 12/8/17, the female employee who answered only said, "We're closed". I asked 2 times "Aren't you suppose to be open until midnight? " She rudely stated,
"We're closed" and hung up on me. I called back, she screamrd into the phone,
"I said we're closed already, don't call back! " laughing the whole time. I won't be returning EVER, not even when they're open. Burger King is going way down hill. Too bad.

Costumer service was good but when you ask for off the broiler n it wasn't even on broiler that person needs a written up

As usual horrible service. Not busy and cashier takes order in front of me then leaves to use bathroom. Comes back and still doesn't take my order. No apology or anything. And they want $15 an hour. Lol

Well it was just fine until coworker Leo told us to make sure we are gone by 10: 00 So they could go home on time. That irritated me. It was 9: 26 PM when we entered BK and I did not no we needed to be reminded repeated of the closing time. We are grandparents and very aware of the time, that being said we all left annoyed. The chicken sandwich was burnt and the cheese was forgotten

The clientele is a little unsavory and the a/c isn't very cool in the middle of summer but otherwise fine

The Store is your typical Burger King. Service was fast, cashiers were servicial, the 3 stars are just for that. There was a lot of vagabond people inside just hanging out, they were refilling their drinks onto cups not from the store and made the place look dirty. Overall No I would not recommend staying to eat.

Service is good but too much homeless people asking for $ while you're trying to eat with your kids.
