I called and spoke with suzie. And followed the directions. And went and looked at the property it was just that easy. Most place it takes to much time.but not this place so I gave them a 5 for making it easy for me to view the property.

I moved down here from Wisconsin, over a year ago. I called on a property that was available for rent, and Suzie was a delight to work with! She got me completely set up for when I got to Arizona. Mind you, I had never seen the place, and the photos that were available weren't very helpful. But needless to say, the house was beyond what I was expecting. It was perfect.
I had to call and get a few maintenance things taken care of, but Wendy was prompt and got me set up immediately. Angie and Rubon were such a joy to work with as well. Always made me feel like they were glad that I was taking good care of the place.
I would have to say that this was the nicest place that I've ever lived at. The neighborhood was quite. The house was beautiful. And the entire staff at Caldwell were professional and polite to me. I would recommend this property management company to anyone who were thinking about moving to the area. I will miss this place.

The house I have rented for 3+ years is managed by Caldwell. Over the course of our relationship, I've had a few opportunities to request/require assistance with various repairs or to consult about small improvements I've made to the house, so most of my contact has been with the maintenance director and with the property manager.

It's obvious that this is a company which provides highly valuable service to the homeowner as well as to the resident. Home inspections are scheduled before the rental period renewal and are scheduled with my convenience considered. The inspection is a low-key affair, conducted with little impact to me. Caldwell does not just rent a property and then abandon the property to the whims of the resident - the property is actually overseen and managed for the benefit of both the renter and the homeowner.

My few repairs (one large repair/replacement) have been scheduled and accomplished quickly and efficiently by skilled tradesmen using high quality replacement parts - no drama. The maintenance director is happy to refer me to vendors of all kinds: renter insurance, yard & landscaping, etc. Caldwell Property Management is an excellent partner with a renter.

Rubon was excellent as well as the whole management is very helpful, understanding and professional

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They do ZERO routine maintenance on there properties. I had the same Toilet flood my apartment twice because they never fixed the actual problem the first time. To top it off we needed all new floors and it took them 3 months to do so. After the 3 months we ended up with Bed Bugs somehow. My best guess is because our floors were exposed and a foot of drywall was missing for 3 months so they came in from neighboring unit or it was the Illegals who did the work that brought them in. Ryan was our Agent and he never answers calls or returns voicemails. Rent from an apartment complex not this management company.at least once a month an appliance was breaking or a toilet was flooding.property Managment companies are a Nightmare to deal with.

Preston, with Caldwell Property Solutions, was quick to respond to our inquiries on a rental home in Sahuarita, AZ. He made the process very easy, being that we were from another state. Properties were easy to view and on our schedule. Once we picked the home we were interested in renting the paperwork was all done via email. We would highly recommend Preston and Caldwell Property Solutions to others looking for a rental home in the Tucson/Sahuarita area.

As my Dad aged and we did not know what to do with the house, Caldwell Properties came through. They searched for renters, handled paperwork and made sure that both parties benefited from the experience. As the renters moved on Caldwell's communication style was great and they continued to assist probably beyond their scope. Ryan Hauter was very professional. So the deal is, charge as many people the $45 application fee only to tell them the owner picked someone else. Feels scammy. Won't attempt to rent from them again.

Josh was awesome. 1 phone call, and he was over the next day to take a look at the house and start the process to help us get it rented. Then by the next day he had 3 contractors lined up to help us get the house "rent ready. " Very responsive. Looking forward to having them care for our property.
