I was delivering to this apartments and it’s stinks of smoke I swear you could get second hand smokes just by walking through the hallways

This place is possibly the worst apartment I have ever had, there are roaches the maintenance never gets done and and there is no air-conditioning in my unit its always hot, I had to go buy a fan just to make it bearable

My girlfriend has only lived here for 1 month, and there are cockroaches that come in through the front door, sinks, and drains. We have submitted 4 requests for vermin spraying over the last month, and no response.furthermore, she has talked to many residents in the same building, all of whom have the same problem. Apparently, if you contact the front office about the issue, they claim that "the tenant must have brought them here". In reality, it's probably because their trash service has tenants place their full trash outside of their door in the hallway, attracting bugs.

Do not live here.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE. It feels so unsafe and uncomfortable. Management told me to contact police next time I feel unsafe and thats all they had to say about it. They dont care about your living conditions or safety in your own home that you pay for. The property supervisor wont even answer her own phone and direct management is a nightmare to deal with. This place should be torn down and no one should ever be allowed to live here. It is disgusting.

Applied with the help of Tommy apartment finders. He recommended this gentleman in the office name Anthony. Who was very friendly however we have basically been assured that our issues could be resolved and work with past credit issues. I paid over $300 in application fees just to basically be tonight complete waste of time highly disappointed. Never really heard from either of them after paying the money. Prior to Tommy called very frequently to make sure I applied and paid the fee

I wanted to start off this review by saying that Tina who works in the front office is absolutely amazing and wonderful at her job.

I lived at Capri for just over 3 years and in 3 different apartments. It was nothing but problems and horrible customer service (minus Tina)

I had an apartment that would constantly flood due to the laundry room and my attempts to get it resolved were completely ignored. I called and stopped into the office every single day and they would say we will fix it and never would. It was so bad I was walking through water in my bedroom and had to sleep in the living room for almost a week. I still have the videos to prove it.

They also have a major cockroach problem. I would wake up to multiple cockroaches in my apartment on a daily basis and I kept my place very clean.

They told me they were doing major renovations and convinced me to move into one of the renovated apartments. Once moved in, the walk through repairs were never fixed. My backdoor wouldn’t lock for weeks. They did not even have the list completed when I moved out a year later. I had cabinets that were falling apart and a toilet seat that was the wrong size plus many other issues they just never fixed even after putting in multiple requests after.

They started to have a lot of suspicious activity happening (people coming up knocking on our door, looking into car windows, etc)

We also never had warm water for the showers before 7am. While in my last apartment the electrical outlets started having issues and we did not have power to a portion of our apartment. That was not resolved for almost a week as many of my calls were simply not returned.

Towards the end of our lease people were constantly pulling the fire alarms. One night, they could not figure how to turn it off for over 2 hours and we had to sit outside the entire time. Once we were allowed back in someone had vandalized the apartments with a sharpie and the residents stayed up for another hour to remove it.

I finally moved out almost a year ago and thought my troubles were over. I accidentally had a perishable food delivery made to one of their new “lockers” and they refused to see if it was in there because it stated in their system it was not delivered even after I called the delivery company to verify and they confirmed it was delivered.

Some places never change despite the renovations and I’m afraid Capri is no different.

Overpriced for an aging building. Constant noise issues. Mandatory trash service that extorts more money out of you. Go look elsewhere.

Do not move here! The staff is rude, they lose expensive packages all the time, and if they do not lose the package they say they don’t have it for about a month the. Say if you don’t get your package it will be sent back. Let’s not forget the disgusting smells that waft from the laundry room in bldg A.

There are RATS that run around the Pool area, and the staff does NOTHING! They also have Paroles living here through section 8! This place has become disgusting!

I just moved in after a year of struggling and unexpectedly losing my husband. Tina and the rest of the office staff made my transition into my new home amazingly easy. I love it here and have not a single complaint to make. I made the right choice moving to this community!

BUGS, BUGS, BUGS, BUGS.problem getting worse by the day! Office staff advises they will schedule me for "next week " to have the bug exterminator company come to my apartment and will let upper management know of this concern. REALLY? No wonder the PROBLEM continues to get worse!

Been three whole days of not having any one from management respond to my leak coming in from the floor above. Terrible apartments, terrible management, and can't wait to move! If you plan to move here, set your standard low but keep your budget high as they charge ridiculous prices for old, basic, and worn apartments. Paint can't fix everything. SMH

New management hasn't put the temperature above 80. Its currently 85 and I have 2 fans going. Can't wait to move. *edited* went to the office about it, nobody even came to my apartment to try and fix it or other problems.

They have a loving staff! That Tina Beland is a super awesome manager! She’s dealing with MS but u could never tell it! She one awesome business manager with grace and patience! She makes Capri Shine!

During the enitial rental of our apartment and when we closed out or lease, we found that the staff at Capri were extremely helpful and courteous. We would like to especially thank Julie in accounting. Her kind and helpful nature made the closing of our apartment a pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to lease again. Thanks again for your staffs professionalisim.

My fiancé and I have lived here for almost a year. This is the nicest community that we have lived in in this state, I have been here 6 years in Arizona and my fiancé has been here in Arizona a little over 3 years. The office staff is not that friendly but the residents are super nice and the property is well maintained and clean. I love the property.

When my partner and I arrive we didn’t feel welcome, more like a non shalon attitude. Very dry, unwilling or motivating to assist. Keep in mind there was another person sitting right next to us. She helped him first. When we were waiting for about 15minutes. Seeing all these positive reviews made me feel like I was making the right decision to give my time into looking into these apartments. Hmmm no air conditioning working and they had all winter to get it working properly? ! All the rent money theyre taking in and they use sub par contractors to bandaid the damn air conditioning? What a joke capri this is unacceptable it was on for 1 day and broke

Horrible place to live. Very unprofessional staff. They lie about what the property offers. They allow thier employees to harass tenants. The Mini Mart owner harasses women. He is ALWAYS DRUNK sometimes early morning. The office staff allows this. Very unprofessional. The manager and the Accountant are the only professionals at The Capri. The property does not offer parking. I can never find a parking space because they have more units than parking spaces. Thier is no basketball court. So when they say they have one they are lying. And they use part of the parking lot as a tennis court. Hints to why they lack space for parking. The Staff is very rude. Nice to you until after you move in. Do not move here everythings a hassle. If anything breaks or you have any issues they act like you have the problem. When it is there property that broke. They do not care for the people who live here. Its bad. They difine the definition of bad apartment.spend your money elsewhere. This place is a spot of ghetto in beautiful Arcadia. Does not belong here. Burnt down sometime ago people in the area cconsider Capri to be the worse in yhe area. Ask around
