24I have been with this company for almost 5 months. I would give more stars if i could, I called ahead of time and told them what was going on with my situation and they understood and was willing to help me out and try to see what I can do to pay it back and save me so much time and I have had no problems with them, they give great customer service when i come to the office.
Worst company ever. No class. Their sales associates are rude and will threaten you if you are 1 day late.
I would recommend this finace company to anyone. I have never had better customer service from any other auto finance company like I have received from Challenger finace. Everyone has been so understanding and respectful everytime I have to call in. Thank you Challenger for everything.
Have no problem with challenging financial been very good to me since day one if I'm late on a payment I just call and they help me out.
