Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation

I have been very impressed with this place. The way the staff and their leadership communicates. They seem to really care about the people and want what is best for them. I can't say anything less than 5 stars. I'm impressed!

My mother was admitted to this place. Within two days she was rushed to the hospital non-responsive due to the fact she wasn't eating but being given insulin. Her blood sugar had gotten down to 20. It took someone an hour to contact me from this facility after this happened! Some of the staff is very rude & I found that out the first night I called to get information on her. I transferred my mom out of this place immediately! I DO NOT recommend sending your loved ones here for safety reasons!

The staff that I met at Chandler Post Acute were so passionate about their jobs and seemed to really want to do a great job. The facility is clean.

The staff at Chandler Post Acute are amazing to work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and will go out of their way to make sure their patients get taken care of. Highly Recommend.

Unless you want your loved one to get worse while in someone else’s care I would highly suggest you do NOT send them here. Their excuse for not responding for hours to the patient is that they are “low staffed”. If that is the case then why are you accepting more patients? Why doesn’t the director communicate with anyone? Where is the manager? It was the most horrible experience for my grandmother and I would not wish this on any one else’s family member. I’m more comfortable with her in a hospital (even at this high risk time) over this “rehab” facility that is supposed to improve patient’s mobility/ health. Instead they neglected her. Left her in a diaper for hours. Gave her pain medicine on an empty stomach, left her laying down all weekend knowing they need to move around daily especially being that she has bedsores. They should not be in business and they should absolutely be shut down. Reporting to BBB.

My sister was released with little ability to speak. So weak she can barely walk. Then they have the audacity to say, we've been calling but there is no answer. Well that's because she doesn't know how to answer a phone. You should have taken more time with her and advocated for her with insurance. She was far from being ready to come home. Yet you leave her at her front door in a wheelchair, she had no idea where she was. How dare you do this to humans. So disappointed in what you call rehab. She was there for only a week after recovering from a diabetic coma. Shame on you all!

This is an amazing SNF. From the time we walked in, the front desk, the admissions director, nurses, aides, physical therapy, kitchen- everyone is so hands-on! They are so careful about complying with physician's orders. Super caring! Recommend this facility highly!

I really like this place my dad is will taken care of. The nurses check up on him all the time. Dr and personal come and talk to family members. They let us know what’s the goal for my father could get better. Friendly and clean place everyone will answer your questions if not they let you know who has the answer to your question.

My father stayed their and I live out of state so it was good to find out the therapy helped him recover from his surgery. Also the nurses took excellent care of him when he needed.

Worst place to take ANYONE!
If you have a loved one at this place please check up on them.
Staff is very rude and ruff.
Food is horrible. Can't give a full meal.
Don't even deserve a star.

The staff is wonderful here! Everybody is so caring and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this facility

I am very impressed by the professionalism and care given by all staff members. I’m thankful for the service and treatment provided.

This is the second post acute facility I've been to in the past two weeks, and this is by far my favorite! The staff is wonderful and the food is simply awesome! I would absolutely recommend this place over any other acute rehab facility.

My Grandfather was Chandler Post Acute for care after a mild stroke. I cannot express enough my gratitude to the staff for the kindness, professionalism, attention to detail that they displayed. His rehabilitation team went above and beyond to ensure he was ready to be released and that we were given direction to help his progress.

This place is wonderful. Staff is truly compassionate and seem to really care. I took my sister here for therapy after her surgery. This staff here helped my sister get back to where she needed to be physically. They did not let her give up and they did not release her from care until she was comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and welcoming. All together a wonderful place.

All staff are amazoning. Pt was awesome I enjoy going every day.food was ok.if I ever had to return it was be here. Outstanding rehab.would like to thank Hanna for making me feel safe on my first day. Pt was awesome I enjoy going everyday. I miss u guys.

Chandler is a beautiful place with amazing staff full of energy and excitement. They always seem so friendly and willing to help with what we ask of them. Great attitude and enthusiasm is so neat to see in the nursing field. I appreciate all they do for the community!

Oh my gosh golly, the staff is amazing, its like they could sense when I need my meds. I stayed there for three months, the staff was so nice and helpful. Especially the head boss lady think her name was Jayme. Felt like a resort so nice. Made me feel like i wasn't even hurt anymore.

Getting hurt and needing help can be a very daunting experience. This rehab center took away all of my fears and made my stay very pleasant. I received quality care. Everyone was very polite and professional. I never had to ask for my medication, it was always brought to me on time. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am happy to be back home and enjoying my day to day life, but I do miss the friendly faces I was seeing there daily.

If I could give them no stars I would but they are so rude. My mom is currently a resident their and she had told them she couldn’t get a certain food but they still gave it to her and I went and told them about it and asked if they could give her something else but they didn’t it’s been over 2hrs and she still hasn’t gotten anything else and is crying that she is hungry
