Therapy was Great, They helped my dad who had knee surgery and had a great experience staying at your facility.

My Mom stayed here for a few weeks after surgery. My Mother can be difficult at times, especially when dealing with pain and discomfort. The nursing and therapy team were very accommodating and helped my Mother enormously! Although her healing process was difficult, the staff at Chandler Post Acute and Rehab made her recovery as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help me. Building is always clean and smells good. Would recommend

My Father was recently here, The transition from Hospital to Acute Rehab can be a huge change and scary for a family that has never been put in this situation. Lucky for my father and family the transition was smooth and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this facility to any family member or friends.

My father stayed here after surgey. He was here for about two weeks. The staff was real nice to me and my dad. It’s a nice facility unlike others I have toured. Hopefully we don’t have to do this again but if needed this is where my family will go. Therapy was amazing and the food is good too.

My father is currently placed here. I am not impressed. Just got off the phone with him.he is in so much pain nealry in tears can't sleep. Says staff won't make an effort to get him more pain meds. This may be something out of their control. However he is highly uncomfortable. He has also told me he has had to sleep in wet bed sheets Because no one came to help him the restroom. And the bed is the worst he has ever had to sleep on while in places such as this. I'm 900 miles away! It's not easy to hear him say these things. I understand the staff dose not have a easy job by any means.however it is the job of the staff and company to care and comfort your residents. Someone will be hearing from me tomorrow with best intentions of getting my dad comfortable. ** In tears** Thank you

These poor CNA’s work way too hard. This place is way understaffed and is only getting worse. The rooms and bathrooms are never cleaned. There are bugs everywhere. And it seems like the curtains that are hung in each room, to separate patients, are never even washed. Nasty nasty nasty! DO NOT BRING ANYONE HERE AND DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE!

My Mother was just admitted to this facility for skilled nursing. So far she has waited an hour and 15 minutes for her pain medicine. I understand that there are bumps when a new admission occurs,
But pain control should be at the top of the list. Basic comfort is essential to healing. Patients on pain do not care about shift change, they need a nurse to come and provide some empathy and a time line for medications to arrive. As I am writing this there is a smell or urine in the hall and another patient who has been yelling for help. I hope to get my Mom transferred to another facility tomorrow. I have been a nurse for 35 years and this is ridiculous!

50 minutes later and still no pain medication for my Mom.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and was always available to answer my questions! I was amazed with how receptive they were and knew everything that was going on with my loved one. From the start, the admission team was great in getting us transferred to the facility. The nursing team greeted us right away! Medications came right away and didn't have to wait forever to get them. Therapy worked really hard with my loved one. Didn't have the regular nursing home smell, it smelt like home. I highly recommend this place for your loved one!

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THESE PLACES! My poor mother is in here. OMG I am SO frustrated! WHERE are the TAXPAYERS DOLLARS GOING? It's MADLY FRUSTRATING! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They are ALL understaffed yet DENY it constantly! No phone available except one the nurse brings in after 3 or 4 calls and being on hold. EVERY TIME HORRIBLE food, horrible service and no other options? HOW can ANYONE treat human beings like this! THIS is the United States of America? S A D S A D S A D! I am shocked and sickened. The people responsible for these kind of places are horrible and scumbags.storing up PROFITS for themselves so the elderly, ill and sick can suffer in silence. SICKENING!

This place is a joke. PLEASE DON'T LET A LOVED ONE GO HERE! The front lobby is a beautiful cover up for the actual rooms. Understaffed to the point of patients sitting in their urine for an hr. Horrible facility.
