Just wrapped up a late service call in Tucson AZ. Oscar A.was the tech onsite and he had incredible customer service and shocked me with his professionalism and knowledge of my HVAC system. Very clean during repair. Wore shoe covers in house. Answered all my questions and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Even though it was a late night service call, he did not rush through and I felt like he was doing a very thorough job. Repair seems to be working so far and house is cooling down.:)

I have had two other contractors look at my unit for the same issue and just refill the freon and rush out the door. Oscar from Chas Roberts took the time to ensure he found the freon leak and made a proper repair. Ultimately Oscar's customer service made me feel comfortable with Chas Roberts doing more work on my home. I have a 20 year career in customer service, and this experience was top notch!

I watched their tech install the ac wrong. Then the supervisor came out after several complaints and said it was done right. Low and behold 3 months later in the 114 degree heat my new unit can't cool my home. Below 80 degrees. Big surprise

Came over to my house for 5th time and recharged freon (4lb) for 300 $.
Ripp off. Amazon sells 25 lb of 410 freon for 240 $ free shipping. This guys probably get even better deals as wholesalers. The bottom line is they kept recharging ac system for 4 years untill warranty has wxpired and now finally they say hey found a source of leak and it is evap coils. 1500 for labor to replace and coils themselvs are under waranty. This company is a scam. Taking the case to court.

Tried using Chas Roberts Air based on a friends recommendation, called made an appointment (which was a 4 hour window), waited for 5 before calling only to be told that they didn't show any service scheduled for that address. Complete waste of a day! Move on to the next company I suppose.

My husband and I bought new construction from a general contractor and the sub used for HVAC installation and 2 year warranty servicing was Chas Roberts. We have a two zone system, therefore 2 separate units. There was absolutely no quality control before, during, after installation because neither unit cooled properly. We also never received our warranty/maintenance packages so we automatically lost the 10 year parts warranty and didn't know the required maintenance. We had 10 service calls within 2 years and never once did anyone ever go the extra mile to see what the source of the problem was or run a complete system check. The only thing it appeared that Chas Roberts was willing to do since they were on the hook for 2 years was "band-aid" the problem rather than going the extra mile to really test the system and find the real problem. We just had our entire HVAC system ripped out and a new one installed by another company and by isolating the duct system we found out that we had 68% leakage in the one zone that never worked or cooled properly! That borders on negligence in our opinion. The larger unit/zone had acceptable leakage (12%) but never cooled properly, it was as if we didn't even have a/c. Now that we have 2 properly running systems we actually know what A/C feels like! Based on our experience with Chas Roberts we cannot recommend them to anyone.
