Chick-fil-A, Mesa AZ

Thank you Chick-fil-a for feeding all of us healthcare workers at Adelante Healthcare during this Pandemic. Its was a nice surpise. Blessings

My husband is Truck driver, a essential worker. He went to this Chicken Fil A to place an order with the cashier in the window. He explained that his truck and trailer could not fit in the drive thru. Duh. She wouldn't let him order after explaining his situation. She said that he would need to download the Chick file A app to place an order. Who has time for this they are on the road? Never going to this Chick fila again!

Chick file A has the drive through thing totally figured out. Fast and efficient. Rather eat inside but that's not an option.

With their dining room still closed, they have a real jacked up drive thru process in place. I'd steer clear of it for awhile yet.

This employee named "Kim", had no manners in attending people at this location, very rude had no patience to take our order through the drive thru. Besides being rude, goes up to another co-worker and starts making fun of the customer. Really what kind of people they got working on Chick-fil-A. This was my favorite location, but for now on I guess I'll just pass.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Chick-fil-A where the customer service was slow and when I got to the window the employee was talking about getting tattoos and what plans where. I just spent 19.00 on food can I find out whats going on with it. And Hi, how are you?

Slowest service ever experienced at a Chick-Fil-a. Employees simply stand around with zero purpose, while customers wait in line, unprofessional and unorganized.

We love this place. So thankful for places that celebrate Christmas. Staff is always friendly and helpful even when it's super busy. Always fresh food that's hot!

Slow! Slow! Slow!
I've never been to a Chic that was so slow on service! The drive thru walk up took my order, 15 mins later, when I got to the window she asked me to park. I was shocked too.

I tried ordering online/pickup for the first time. One part of the order confused me and I wrote a quick comment thinking it would no be ignored as most companies do. Pick up went smoothly and I got a phone call within 30 minutes of my post to answer my question. This company has it figured out. I'm a convert.

I visited this location during their busiest time of day, around 1pm on a weekday. Like most of their other locations, the line was long (it was wrapped around the parking lot). They had someone outside walking to the cars and taking orders. Even though it was extremely busy, they were efficient about it, so I didn't mind. I estimate I spent about 10-15 minutes total from start to finish. The food was great and the service was friendly. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich.

Manager seems to be afraid to give you sauce for those nuggets. 3 - 12 pack nuggets and he gave me 2 sauces. When I asked for more he gave me 1. I said could I get like 3 or 4 more. I mean come on. It's chick-fil-A sauce and I have fries to.

Freshness is not at all consistent, seems like luck of the draw. Often comes put dry, not very warm. Service is friendly but the food needs to improve. That's what we pay for.

Great food. I like that they now offer grilled chicken. I wish they would bring back the carrot rasin salad, that was my favorite. Good parking and great friendly service.

Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches. & the chicken isn't hidden under the bun either! Together with their signature waffle fries & lemonade.it made my meal complete! The staff are always friendly & courteous too!

10: 35 and I can’t get breakfast. I called before 10: 30 and placed an online order for breakfast but I was 5 min late and they wouldn’t give it to me? They had my order before 10: 30 I just don’t get it. Such a harsh cut off is mean.

If you need some fast food that's a little bit better than average this place is where to go. I would mark them down from not allowing you to fill up your lemonade or iced tea endlessly as that seems to be a requirement for Mesa Arizona in the summer.

The Staff-SERVICE LINE, they had OUTSIDE, (INSTEAD of the DRIVE-THRU lane), was INVENTIVE? To say the least! GREAT service, &very friendly. (but I live in TEMPE AZ, at NOON! WHAT ARE THOSE POOR STAFF GOING TO DO. AT 4PM? Anyway, to the FOOD, like A LOT of places around here. They got RID of THE BEST DISHES on the MENU! - THE CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH! I only get their large fruit cup. It is good, but not all fruit cups are created equal. They are made fresh every day at each restaurant, but I have found through extensive research, that some Valley restaurants weigh them lighter than others. Highly frustrating. They should weigh 6.11 ounces. They are not cheap, so if I am paying that much, I want all of the fruit I should be getting.

The food is delicious and the service is always friendly and prompt. I know they have to say it but I believe it anytime an employee says "my pleasure".

Love this place.
