Chick-fil-A, Mesa AZ

This place was sooooo much fun! The staff was epic and I met the marketing director she was Wonderful! She was working all day and still had a smile in her face and it made the mood of the atmosphere even better! There was over 100 people in line for ever and it moved smoothly and quickly considering the absolute chaos running around! It was an epic mad house of fun and great food and we are so grateful for Chick-fil-A for allowing families to participate in such a giving fun event both my family and friends all attend every year!

Sometimes this place is super clean amd sometimes it's kind of gross. Like when they aren't busy it's messy, kind of like they're understaffed.
I love how they covered most of the drive thru though, smart idea. Service has seemed faster. So seriously my only complaint is that it's messy sometimes. Food and service is great.

I love Chick-fil-A so it saddens me to only give two stars. The food is always absolutely phenomenal as always. But their window girl was kind of passive aggressive. She was very agitated from me asking for a sauce I forgot to mention and adding something to my order. After receiving my food I thanked her and all I got was a good buy. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I'm used to your friendly up being outgoing employs.

Always fast and friendly service! I have seen them deal with long lines, drunk students, and difficult orders but they always do it with a smile on their face. I couldn't get my coupon code to pull up the bar code but they still gave me deal. I know this isn't standard or expected but it goes to show how customer service is important to them and why I continue coming to this location

A fave of mine since I was a kid. They are consistent and friendly always! I've never had a bad experience here. Plus there is a play area for small kiddos.

Always a pleasure enjoying their smiling faces and the simply delicious food! DEFINITELY a favorite quick bite stop, and I am glad there's a location here nearby - now we just need one near the college here in Prescott! ;)

1st time eating at Chick-fil-a and it was the FASTEST drive-thru that I've experienced with friendly employees. Also, the Chicken sandwich was really good.
