Disappointed to say the least. I used their online ordering for curbside pick up. Restaurant is about 3.5 miles away from my job. Drove there as I love their Buffalo chicken salad and was craving it. I ordered extra buffalo sauce and dressing. When I got to curb, my order was brought out. Only 1 small dressing for this huge salad, like the cups they give you for ketchup small. No wing sauce at all. I called and let them know. The lady was like "ummm okay we'll bring those out. " They came out with 1 more dressing as I had ordered extra, and 1 wing sauce (I had asked for 2). Then I get to work and realize they gave me the wrong dressing. I called and asked for the manager and was hung up on. Still haven't eaten this $14 salad because it isnt what I wanted or ordered.

Eta: total attempts to contact the restaurant to say we were waiting for our to go order: F O U R.two texts, two phone calls, the second if which we were snapped at, and waited 30 minutes to receive our cold food. Thanks for a terrible birthday dinner!

This was the worst experience I've ever had in any customer service situation ever. Those are strong words and I don't take it lightly.

I placed an order through Doordash for pick-up. I wasn't having delivery, there was no driver involved, I placed a to-go order. Basically the same as if I had placed it in the Chili's app to pick it up myself.

I get to the store, park in a curbside pick-up spot, put my mask on to protect their employee, and call the store to tell them I'm here to pick up my order. They tell me that Doordash orders require that I come inside. I let them know that I don't feel comfortable coming inside with everything going on right now, and ask to speak to a manager.

They transfer me to someone else who says the same thing, that I need to go inside. I explain that it was my first time ordering a Doordash carry-out order and that I already paid, and I didn't see why they couldn't bring the order out. I get transferred again, this time to Jeff.

Jeff is a real peach. I explain the same thing to him and he asks me for my name, so I tell him. I explain that I'm uncomfortable coming inside and that I'd like the order to be brought out. He said Doordash orders require you to come inside and wouldn't tell me why. Before I could say much more, he says something along the lines of "I'm calling Doordash to cancel the order. Have a good night. " *CLICK* (As he hangs up on me before I could respond).

I try to call back, and I'm irritated at this point. I could have handled this next part better, but I said to the girl who answered the phone, "Hi, can I speak to the (explicit word for a male body part) who just hung up on me please? " She put me on hold for 3 minutes or so, which was way longer than I was previously on hold as they transferred me on the first call. While I'm on hold, I realize I don't want the food at this point, who knows if I can trust it. I probably shouldn't have called the manager by his well deserved title. I start driving home empty handed.

So, I hung up and called back. I asked to speak with the manager who hung up on me. I hold for 30 seconds and then *CLICK*. Now I'm really mad.

I call a fourth time without hesitation. This guy is seriously too afraid to talk to a customer he hung up on? Jeff picks up. I confirm he was the guy I was speaking to, and before I can even say anything more, he starts yelling that I'm no longer welcome at Chili's and that if I don't get off the property, he's going to have me arrested for trespassing. Hey Jeff, ever think of looking out the window? I told him I already left. So he continues to threaten me and say I'm now harassing them. I'm just trying to finish the conversation we started! I tell Jeff that I was just calling because I'd like to ask for his district manager's name and phone number. He tells me it's none of my business and that I can call Chili's corporate if I want.

I will be doing exactly that. And posting reviews everywhere I can with explicit detail of the situation to warn others.

So, I contact Doordash to make sure the order gets canceled. They call the store and Jeff tells the guy that he didn't realize Doordash had a "to-go" option, and he thought I was a Dasher (delivery driver). He told Doordash he was sorry and that I could come pick up my food. Here's what I have to say to that:

1. No way that's true. I was very specific with 3 different people that I was picking up MY order.

2. Even if it is true (it's not), maybe if Jeff didn't hang up on me so quickly, he would have found that out. It seems that having a rational and calm conversation with a customer might clear up any confusion.

3. If I was a Dasher, I feel sorry for the poor sap who would have had their order canceled by the tyrant who runs the store because he can't walk an order outside.

I did not take Jeff up on the offer of driving back there to pick up my (probably cold) food. Luckily Doordash has decent customer service and gave me a refund.

In a time where unemployment is at record highs, Chili's could do a heck of a lot better than having Jeff manage a store.

Ordered food online for dinner at home, called to see why my father Hadn't gotten any confirmation that our order was completed. Called the restaurant to see what was going on as our order was supposed to be ready at 8 it is almost 8: 30. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending and we will not be ordering food here again.

This place is terrible. We placed a fairly simple order, and of course once we get everything home come to find out my Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich missing it's buffalo sauce and was basically a soggy piece of chicken drenched in ranch.

I called to speak with the manager and the girl that answered the phone said, "wait, let me see if I can find him" when I asked to speak to the manager. Then after waiting on hold for a few minutes I inevitably got even more angry and hung up.
My Wife called and asked for the manager and was hung up on. Not too thrilled with the service or standards of their restaurant integrity.

I really wish I could post a picture of this disgusting sandwich.

Super busy for takeout. Waited 20 minutes past our pickup time and got the wrong appetizer dip and missed all the fajita toppings.

For years, years, and years, Chili's continues to consistently serve great food. The burgers are far better than Hopdoddy, Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers, Deluxxe, etc, etc. The online ordering process/takeout works flawlessly, every time.

Chillis always comes up in our convos when we are looking for a place to eat. And every time I go- I semi regret it. Yes it's cheap. Maybe that's the draw. The food is not bad. But this place is always dirty. Service has been terrific to mediocre. Just depends on the server.

This is a tough one and this is why: The service at Chili's was 5 star. It was clean. The place is nice BUT, I really really miss the old menu. Im not sure what happened. They used to have a crispy chicken salad that was epic. They used to have a lot of menu items that were restaurant quality but most of the current menu is kind of like heated faster than fast food. It doesn't have the same level of quality. Prices are good but I'd rather pay a little higher and have their old menu back.

Very slow, inattentive service throughout the entire visit. Loaded nachos had to be sent back due to extremely heavy seasoning & over cooking. Granted they were taken off the bill when replacement wasn't wanted, but just one look at them showed that were over prepared. Not at all happy with this location, but remain loyal Chili's customers.

Have gone there with a girlfriend many times. Really like the loaded bake potato soup and 1/2 grilled chicken sandwich. Will go again.

The food was amazing! Seriously. My husband got a bacon brisket burger and he actually regrets eating so fast that he wasn't able to savor it properly. Lmao. My fajitas were solidly good. Exactly like I wanted them to be. Oh, and $5 buck margaritas? Yes, please.

Ordered the 2/25 deal. Comes with guacamole and chips. It was sour, they did replace it, but it to was also going bad? Then got no credit for it even after manager came over to say he was sorry. It was ever turning brown.

The service here is awful, let us sit for 30 minutes without acknowledging us, no drinks or a hello, nada. After the 30 min, we decided to leave. The waitress saw us leaving and didn’t offer an apology, explanation, or try to get us to stay.

Seriously though, why would anyone go to Chili’s when there are so many other good restaurants in this area. Why Chili’s when there’s Oregano’s a stones through away!? Do not support this place, it’s not worth getting subpar food and bad service. Any other restaurant is a better choice. Hope you all have a healthy and happy 2020!

My daughter and I had the two for $25. We love getting their half order of Texas fries to share.it's just the right amount. My daughter ordered the chicken pasta (huge portion), I got the half rack of ribs and we shared the chocolate chip pan cookie with ice cream. The food was great, the service was great and we'll enjoy our leftovers later.
