25I called twice to place a to-go and the lady was very rude and hung up. I called a final time and asked for someone to place my order and she hung up again. I went in to speak to the manager and he seemed like he could careless that his employee was very rude and he took my order. I paid for my order and notice it was wrong. The server was very helpful but when speaking to the manager about my disappointing experience, he made excuses and said he prepared my order himself and didn’t acknowledge that it was wrong. Unfortunately, the experience made me not want to return. I eat Chili’s once a week from various locations and never had this type of experience.
My friend and I went to Chili’s today for lunch and we had a very nice young man wait on us. He was attentive but not intrusive. I ordered the chicken fajitas and loved it. The presentation was attractive and the accompaniments very good. The fajitas came out sizzling with rice and black beans which I don’t usually order but these were delicious! I will definitely order this again and very soon.

I ordered a salad and my husband ordered the fajitas. When he got his fajitas the corn tortillas were so dry they fell apart before he could can make a taco. So he asked for flour tortillas. His second Taco in he sees a hair on his plate. He was disgusted and lost his appetite. I provided a picture of the dry corn tortilla and the hare on the plate: (
The facilities were clean. The food was good. The service was mediocre. We ordered, before we got drinks. Missing straw took about 15 min to get straw. Too awhile to get refill. It too even longer to get doggie bag. I really like the new menu items and seemed fresh and hot. It was busy but not overcrowded. Good place for afternoon meetings.
I like several meals here. The crispy crispers, Margarita chicken, original 1975 taco's, to name a few. Good servers and endless ice tea. We done there often. I miss the chicken fried steak, but they have lots of good choices.
