Was a member since chuze opened this location (2+ years). Three months ago I decided to take a break from the gym since I was too busy to go. That same month I was charged the yearly fee, so I removed my debit card so I wouldn't be charged anymore, until I decided to start going again. Three months later I went to this location to activate my account. I was told by a "supervisor" that I needed to pay $30 a past due amount, (even though I was not going to the gym) and did not have a contract with them.
This "supervisor" thought I was just going to hand out my money jaja. I said I will think about it and left.
I rather start somewhere else than to be ripped off by this company.
