The worst HOA we have ever had. This company steals your hard earned money. Makes FAKE EXPENSIVE budgets and NO work gets done anywhere!

Don’t waste your money on this company. James who was the account management had texted me that he would re- fund me 300.00 for unnecessary fines if my account remained clean for 3 months. I have this agreement in text form, so this is a written agreement. It proves good will on both sides.
I held up my side of the agreement and James texted that he was going to credit my account and that it should show in 3 to 5 business days. However, he left the company before he credited my account. This company manages 4 of my 6 rental properties and now I cann’t get anyone to return my calls.

My mom has been an HOA Manager for this company for 11 years and they show they genuinely appreciate her hard work and they treat her very well and with dignity and pride to have her as an employee. Cith Property is a great Company to work for and to use as your communities HOA Company. They are very professional and a upstanding Company. They take their communities they manage very serious and always strive to meet each properties needs.

Harrasment of all kinds.

They charge you a 15$ "convenience" fee every time you pay them.

Update* THEY ARE, very quickly to demand money but very lazy at addressing any issue you contact them about.

Since my family has moved here I urge ANYONE to not buy a property if this company manages it. Even the real estate agent apologizes for selling us our home being GOVERNED by this company. They are shady, most positive reviews are from WORKERS or FRIENDS, not people who live within the communities they manage. They have very unrespectful ethics. Demanding things ASAP with punishment if not done right away! But yet when it comes to paying, contacting, reaching out, being a sensible person.this company forgets all of the sudden. The thing we pay them to do is SUPPORT our community's to make them better. NOT take advantage of them for money. ZERO STARS! Read others reviews! The true ones! People who live in there grasp HATE this company

This company is an absolute joke. They do an extremely poor job with maintenance and enforcement of HOA rules. They do not have things fixed properly and the phone number listed both on the HOA site and there website is either disconnected or someone doesn’t understand the concept of hanging up a phone.for over a week I have been calling and it’s just a busy tone.

I had a late payment and I talk to Pat Patty. She help me out with payment arrangements. She’s a very nice lady. I’m very pleased with her and customer services.

Great service, immediate responses! Very knowledgeable and friendly my paint request was approved promptly! Additionally, Shannon helped me figure out best colors, window questions, pretty much everything i needed. This is the first time i have submitted any requests and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how helpful/friendly everyone was. Keep up the great work! I have been extremely happy with City Property Management. We have used them for a number of years and have experience some good and not so good Property Manager. Carla, we have at the present time is very good and professional.

I’ve found City Property Management, with Dave Deeney as our manager, a pleasant experience. Everything from great communication to promptly addressing issues. I find them to be highly professional and friendly to work with.

Mary was so nice and helpful, and sent me the forms I needed right away. She's an excellent ambassador for the HOA.

She assisted me with a fee issue on my account and she took the time to thoroughly research my account and she got back to me in a very timely manner with a positive resolution of the issue. She was very professional and a gem to work with.

Dave is amazing. He is professional, diligent, positive, great at communicating and quick to respond to any issues that come up. Love working with him!

Darline, our property manager, is dependable. She has the residents best interest at heart and is willing to positively engage with them. Darline takes pride in the building and strives to maintain it. Like the residents, she wants our community to be safe, satisfied and successful.

City Property provides the La Solana HOA with a professional, customer focused management experience. They provide all the services we need and have a strong interest in the success of our community. David is our Community Manager and we value his experience and knowledge. He is an excellent resource and is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. He is a great partner with our HOA Board and provides us with the tools and information we need to have a very successful community.

I have served as a Board Member for many years before becoming President. I have been extremely pleased with the advice guidance and support provided by Mary Jane and rely heavily on her expertise.

I am currently in my sixth year serving on our Board. CPM is an outstanding management company. The previous manager was Brad. It was a very good relationship while he served us. Our current manager is David. He has been in his position for just over a year. His knowledge, communication skills and follow-up are beyond reproach. I look forward to completing the rest of my term with him.
