City Property Management reviews
31Been using them for years and have had our neighborhood needs met. Shannon has been the best. Thank you!
In working with City Property Management for 7 years as a board member, I have found them to be professional and responsive to community needs. Their representative provides insight and makes suggestions based on good experience and knowledge. She is timely when needing to respond to a board issue or homeowner request. She is genuinely invested in doing what is best for the community in making ours a great place to live.
Poor management, $15 fee just to pay the HOA bill, poorly executed maintenance, North Korea style fines, seems like this company is more about profiting off of its members than it is maintaining home values. Which is what these companies are meant to do. Shame on them. Don't use them!
I have been in my neighborhood for almost 10 years now and it wasn't until City Property Management started working with my HOA that things started to go downhill. Our rates went up a little while back and it doesn't seem like the extra money is being used properly. I call them to ask about it and they never return my phone calls. I really hope my HOA switches companies soon.
I pay $110 per month for my dead lawn, buckled sidewalks, ant hills and daily 6AM wake up calls with the sounds of leaf blowers. I gave them 3 stars because they do come out and remove bee hives quickly. Other than all that, HOA's need to be eliminated as local city and my tax dollars go to the upkeep of street signage/lighting, etc. Monopoly at its greatest with this HOA.
City Property Management is shady and untrustworthy. Please do not use them to manage your property, you residents will thank you. There are much better options out there so please keep looking.
Great people to work with and very friendly. Would highly reccommend to anyone looking for an HOA service in Phoenix AZ.
We’ve had City Property Management for the 24 years we’ve lived in our house and they’ve always been the best. Shannon is willing to go one step beyond to help us out, she’s been there if I’ve had a problem and will get right back to me with an answer.
I have properties all over the country and deal with management companies all the time. City Property is unethical and totally dishonest. STAY AWAY
I’ve worked with City Property Management for over five years and am always please with their service, professionalism and commitment to the Arizona HOA community. I’m consistently impressed with the technology they’ve developed for board members and owners and the only functionality/access that is available.
This HOA is trash! All they care about is money and how they can charge you! Moving out of this HOA ASAP i DONT RECOMMEND a home in this HOA
