I am so happy with my technician Paul Tanner from Climate Pro, he showed up with a Smile. He was very professional and happy to answer any and all of my questions. I got educated with his knowledge! LOL!:) I would highly recommend CLIMATE PRO to anyone looking for a company that does a through Tune Up of AC Units. I am a NEW Gold Club member and look forward to seeing them again.

A full day installing a new 4 ton unit - everyone was ready to do a stellar job. This was our first time working with Climate Pro. The warranty package was 10 yrs on labor & 99 years on the compressor. One year 0% interest which helps a lot. It’s a dual stage system which is more efficient since it has two speeds. 16 seer adds to its efficiency. They answered all our questions and made sure we understand the terms. They submitted the SRP document for us to receive our rebate. Read the documents and contract papers well- we did find contradictions between the agreement and the contract wording. We have the Nest thermostat second generation which they cover 100% should anything go wrong. Everyone worked efficiently and were helpful explaining details. They directed us to office management to get clarity over the paperwork. If they updated this paperwork it would seem to be more consistent with what we understood we were agreeing to.

THE TEC WAS VERY BUSINESS LIKE EXPLAINED THAT DUE TO THE AGE OF MY EQUIPMENT AND THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT GAS CHARGE THAT IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO UPGRADE TO A NEWER AND MORE EFFICIENT UNIT. NO PRESSURE TO DO SO BUT SEEMED LIKE THE LOGICAL DECISSION. WITH THE CST TO OPERATE ANY HEATING-COOLING SYSTEM EFFICIENCY IS THE UTMOST REQUIREMENT

Alex was our technician today. I was not able to locate his name on your list, but wanted to be sure he received credit for his hard work. As always, I was very satisfied with the service we received. The whole Climate Pro team has been great to work with over these many years.

Matt is good and experienced but when I received the result of the diagnostic, I don't think he mentioned where the leak (water or freon) is coming from. He wrote there is a crack in the pan, but is that source of the leak or just the place where water goes. So what is causing the leak of water that goes to the pan. Why am I low on Freon, is my Freon leaking too. This things were addressed clearly.

FIrst of all, a huge "Thanks" to Climate Pro. They are always the BEST!
each Service person they send are so so NICE, know what they are doing, 'know the business and are very down to earth and try to be helpful and do their job the best they can! Matthew "Matt" is no exception. He went about his job as soon as he got here. He explained everything he was going to do. Then we got to the part where we couldn't find an accommodating plug in so he could run the machine to clean out all my vents. I felt terrible. The job was already paid for. (yes, for sure.that is
a confidence at a high level, I have in Climate Pro). Matt discussed this with me; I know he tried everything he could; he checked out all the possible ways to find a way to get it running from at least 1 outlet, I just didn't have one in my whole place. He didn't give up, and actually allowed me to help make and. /or agree, the job was't going to be done, today! That is another reflection of how Climate Pro trains their people and the choice of people to employ. THEY ARE ALL very KNOWLEDGEABLE, really true gentlemen! So we had to cancel the project. I felt that I should be charged for the work Matt had already done and done well!
But he conferred with his Superiors; and CLIMATE PRO, 5 STAR Climate Pro, said no. They refunded the money before I knew it! How can you not honor that with the HIGHESt PRAISE. They are for real, everyone! And young MATTHEW "Matt" is part of that great TEAM, by his performance here, today. I am deeply grateful! I couldn't possibly think of another AC business than Climate Pro and their great team!:) :)

Additionally: I also want everyone know: Gregg, Jordon, The other "MATT", JOE and the trainees! If I could give 10 stars to everyone on the team.and Climate Pro, you have got it! 10 STARS. Incredible team.each and everyone one of you are so great, skilled, knowledgeable in what you do for CLIMATE PRO customers! Just recently had a new AC and oscillation UNIt replaced. First and foremost, they kept the previous AC unit running like a gem in its old age, until it finally gave.
What a privilege it was to meet all of these GENTLEMEN.while they did their part in acquiring, installing, and billing,! They follow-up as soon as they can if any concerns develop, as they already have shown that. They: "Climate Pro" and staff have nearly become like "family".
CLIMATE PRO: Tim, Andrea, Sherri, Joe, Matt, and other Matt, Greg, and other staff I have encountered (but don't remember names, now), just simply are the absolute BEST! You are just not getting the best, if you are not inviting Climate Pro to service your Air Conditioner needs. Better Business Bureau ratings for them, supports my praise for them! I wouldn't think of calling anyone else! (Just the way it is!:) )

Spencer and his trainee were very professional and courteous. He had done his homework and knew tbat l did not wish to be bombarded with nrw products and l was happy with my system as it is.they are brand new units and should get us by for a few years until we lose a blower motor.tben we will be in a place to worry about it financially. Great bunch of techs at Climate Pro ann the offoce help is great too.

Alex showed up on time and explain the system to me and checked it out and had pictures and said I needed one thing and it's very inexpensive system was in good shape so I was happy about that. It was a good check-up

I had an awesome visit from Mike and the guy he was training Mike. Both were courteous, friendly, respectful and made me aware of what their job was and what problem they came across. No complaints from me!

The technicans were awesome. I called climate pro at 10am and they had my new cooler installed the same day by 5. This company is off the hook! If you need HVAC work CALL THEM NOW!

Climate Pro has given us excellent service for years now. Their technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable, and they are always careful to clean up after themselves. They do the job right the first time, and have no issue with coming back ASAP if you have any questions or issues. And they're pretty good about not making you feel like a dork, even when you are! I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Climate Pro replaced my broken AC 8 years ago and have been doing yearly maintenance since then. They're great at communicating what they find and what can be done about it, and suggesting tweeks that can be done to improve air quality in the house.

We highly recommend this company for all your heating/cooling needs. They are seriously the best; any technician you work with is nice, friendly, caring of your home/family and respects your needs. They are willing to work with any budget to ensure your needs are met and don't leave you stranded when a/c or heat is needed the most. We have had several repairs, are SPP members and have been since we moved here four years ago. We absolutely wouldn't think of using anyone else. We feel like they are family at this point. You will not be disappointed.

It was great. Spencer knew a lot about the issue and how to address it. I did post 5 stars cause I thought although the prices for service were more than I'd like to pay, I did find them reasonable and agreeable to work with. We also became members and are now looking forward to their visits every 6 months to inspect our setup.
