Called Climate Pro to clear the condensation water line that had plugged and wasdraining water into the ductwork. Spenser was the tech that was sent out. He did a fantastic job locating a break in the line and performed an immediate repair. He then did a complete inspection of the air system, and proceeded to perform some much needed maintenance on the system.
I highly recommend Spencer and Climate Pro.

Note: this may one of possibly few bad reviews, however it is a true one. Have used this company in the past, with limited success. Our AC went down, called and arranged repair. Tech arrived, he was a good tech, determined the problem, could not fix the problem however. Like every time their techs came here they found the need to replace a 10.00 item for $200.00; plus the service charge, needed or not. We understand the upcharge, it’s business. The real issue and this is typical of this
organization, they proceed to pressure you into either buying a whole system or tell you need a major part at some estimated high cost. In this case, after some discussions and a request to formally quote the item or system they simply ignored doing so. There’s more to all this, however, to make this short, in my opinion I would suggest strongly that you be mindful that they will certainly try to upsell you with every visit. Perhaps it might be best to find a HVAC company that would be straight forward and eliminate the sales pressure. I for one no longer use them or ever recommend them.

Very pleased with the service provided! Losing AC on Saturday evening is no fun.but they were very responsive and I was very pleased to have my AC up and running again so quickly.
