Absolutely wonderful experience. They greeted me by name, let me know my membership was expiring soon and gave me options to renew if I wanted. They were fast, efficient, and had my truck washed inside and out within 15-20 minutes! Then we were walked to the truck where the doors were open. My mom was having hard time not falling with the water and her sandals so they laid a towel down for her to get in the truck! Absolutely recommend and I will be back again!

Car looked good but I found out later that I got a ton of scratches on the sides of my car. Kind of upset because I just had my car detailed about 2 weeks ago.

I was having a very busy and stressful day running errands and decided I needed to go through the car wash as it calms me down, Going through express I had met a younger lady named Heavan she was so very sweet and kind, really made my day better and fulfilling! I love having my cobblestone membership it's very useful!

My car was not even clean inside, they didn’t do what they said they were going to do, not to mention super high pressure sales tactics and would not take no for an answer. Save your money

Friendly and helpful staff, great attention to detail. These men and women do a great job and I truly appreciate your hard work. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I left my minivan for 2.5 hours to do a shampoo and detail. I had to send it back again because there were still spots on the carpet and seats that could be cleaned with a little more elbow grease. Other places were left unwiped as well. For a detail job it didn’t seem very detailed.

Car wash, Vacuums are great. Staff are great. Charles handled a situation with kindness, professionalism, and superior customer service. I'll always go here. Thanks guys!

My experiences here are 50/50. Signed up for an unlimited pass a year ago, the guy who sold it to me neglected to say it renewed. Took a while to get this resolved, no one would call me / write me back.

More recently, the staff is pretty rude. My last stop, all 3 of the people I dealt with were terribly unfriendly.

What a crappy place.
I was upsold 45$ detailed cash was that did not last longer than 15 min
The only reason for 2 stars is exterior being cleaner than before.
Hardly any vacuum done, surfaces are not wiped down with dry cloth
All in all - BAD EXPENSIVE JOB

I will go out of my way to fill up my car here. The gasoline itself seems to be much higher grade. Esp if your car takes 91 octane like mine.

I needed to sell my Toyota van. Carlos and his team did a great job detailing. Got some bad stains out (toddlers) and when I did sell it the guy was like “wow, it’s like a new car”. I got top Kelly blue book price Thanks! Anthony and all the staff are super friendly. The ladies working the desk are always friendly and give my girls free balloons. I have the monthly plan and will keep my new Corolla looking new.

We use this place all the time to wash and detail our trucks. Anthony is great guy to deal and communicate with.

Every time I come here I see the manager talking to other girl employees instead of helping the customers in the express line waiting to get help. The new employees don't even know their own menu and they have ghetto people working there. Never coming here again the one on Elliot is way better. The only thing they have going for themselves it's a late hours.

Been a pass holder for a long time, just went up first and had the man at the line hound me to buy a pass, would not Take no for an answer, then had an argument with the guy at the tunnel trying to rush me in behind a rear dirty nissan, he called it a little dust, I have a brand new 2018 camaro, you all can thank these gentlemen for me canceling my membership and also never being a patrin of your establishment again.

I've been going here for almost 4 years now. They used to be such a legit car wash that seemed to be focused and truly care about delivering an excellent service. They provided a large wet cloth to clean your interior and they would cover my rear wiper with a plastic bag. Now. I'm sure in attempts to reduce cost they provide a tiny little cloth that dries up or is too dirty after cleaning a small section of my dash and then even worse they use tape to secure my rear wiper. It doesn't take a genius to guess what tape leaves behind after it's stuck to a surface. Now I'm guaranteed to have a sticky mark after each of my car washes. I am now looking for a new car wash to become an unlimited member.

We had the worst experience with cobblestone on Kyrene. We paid $220 for a wax and clay bar treatment to get some white paint drops off of our black car. The paint drop were not even on for an hour so definitely not stuck on. Dropped the car off around 12 picked it up around 6pm They work didn’t look good at all. I still had paint on my car and now I had white wax smears in certain spots on the car. I called them the next day and dropped the car off again to get redone. I picked up the car again for the second time and the paint is still there. I can scratch it off with my finger nail so I know it will come off.there still wax smears every where too. If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service!

Love this place, ive had a membership for a year. Only it seems their staff keeps getting a little worst as time goes by. Might be looking to switch soon.

I have the unlimited monthly express plan and frequent 3 cobblestone locations around the valley- it just depends where I am when I decide to wash my car. But I have to say, this is the only location where there is always a smiling employee right at the kiosk to make sure your sticker is working. I really appreciate it!

Absolute morons working there they don't know their head from a hole in the ground do not go there worthless way overpriced in they're thieves
