Cobblestone Auto Spa, Tempe AZ

This is where I take my car for any kind of clean up, from the basic exterior to a full detail. Great place to bring the kids to watch the car go through the wash. The people who work here are generally friendly. I have gotten caught up with a couple of guys who just can't stop with the upsell. Even after I've said, I'm good, they keep at it.

I WAS SHOCKED AT MY EXPERIENCE yesterday which made me love this car was even more than I already did. My wife and I are express members of Cobblestone car wash. I usually run through the 3 minute wash and out on my way. Yesterday, I had a little extra time and decided to have the interior vacuumed and cleaned since I hadn't done it in quite a while. While waiting the the lounge the vacuum guy (sorry I didn't' get his name) approached me and asked if I had the Ram truck, when I said yeah, he handed me $50.00. He said that it was under the driver seat. I had obviously dropped it some time ago and didn't realize it. It's nice to know there are still some honest people and companies still around who do the right thing. Thanks vacuum guy, you made me proud! And of course I tipped him well.

DONT RISK YOUR RIMS OR TIRES FOR THE PRICE OF A $3 CAR WASH. DONT COME HERE. I’m now a very unsatisfied customer. I came for a quick car wash, was told by an employee the machine malfunctioned the first time using it, to come threw a second time. At the end of the second passing my car jerked and felt stuck, when finally pulling out of the car wash I noticed a dragging noice. I immediately stopped to find out that the car wash machine had popped my brand new tire. My boyfriend let a manager know of the situation as soon as it happened, the manager explained he would have someone contact me to further the process the next morning and that never happened. I had to call cobblestone two days in a row when i was supposed to be waiting for there phone call. Then tried to offer me a $300 car service from the company instead of replacing my tire that had been popped. One of the employees over the phone between the two days of talking to people told me that I had to come back and make a sene because people over the phone are usually dismissed for a while and when explaining this to the general manager Jeremy he then shared with me that that his employee will be fired for telling me that information. They have yet to resolve this issue and feel like they are %100 percent sure their machine did not pop my tire even though they conveniently don’t have a camera in the car wash nor a camera for all the cars coming out of the car wash for the left side of the vehicles to prove that.

I have a monthly fast pass and typically go between the Tempe location and Val Vista location. Even though both tend to be pretty busy, I feel like the guys do a better job of taking their time and doing a good job at this location. Everyone has always been really nice. Also, when there was an issue with my subscription, the manager still approved to have them run the full service wash. I really appreciated the great customer service.

I went to Cobblestone over the weekend and by mistake they threw away a plastic bag that I needed. I understood why they throw it away cuz it look like trash. Charles Peterson the manager literally went through the trash which I wouldn't even do for my own kids and found the paperwork that I needed. He was such a very nice guy and I really appreciate his service. He really went above a beyond to help me. I recommend this auto spa to anyone in the area! Thank you Charles

The location is convenient for the most part; though the intersection of Kyrene and Baseline can be a bit hectic. I like the Basic Wash because they will wash your car and vacuum it (which I hate doing myself) for a reasonable price. They also have a rewards program that will allow you to earn free washes after a repeated visits.

I do wish there were more places to sit inside while I wait, but standing around for a few minutes isn't sooooo bad.

I think it’s terrible that they have good customer service but do a horrible job on your vehicles. I went in for a interrior detail and my car and i an extremely disappointed. My car did not get the cleaning I was expecting. I feel robbed or my time and money after picking up my vehicle.

Tiny dog got a little sick on the seat so I stopped in on the way home to get it cleaned. I was greeted rudely after watching the employees chat among themselves for a few minutes. Then I was quoted 75 dollars. This place is a joke.

Even though the people work hard outside the inside staff is rude and lazy as hell. Asked a simple question to the young girl working the register and you would have thought I asked her to explain the tax code.

Darius is awesome. Darius greeted me when I pulled in, helped me choose which level wash/detail would be best for me, and vacuumed my vehicle before it went into the wash. The guy that did the detail on my vehicle was mediocre, he left cloudy spots in the hand wax; I wish Darius could have stayed with my car! Overall, I was pleased.

I paid for their ultimate plus wash - 35 dollars. My windows are not fully cleaned, and what really upsets me is neither was my interior. There are smudges that were not cleaned and things not vacuumed either. I absolutely will not be back and strongly recommend that everyone avoid this place. I feel like I was scammed, I should've just washed my car myself.

Car wash was good, but they did not ensure antenna was re-secured. I saw them remove antenna before going into wash tunnel. Car was washed, I got back to work, and realized my antenna was missing. I called and they were argumentive suggesting I was wrong or lying. They said to bring my vehicle back and they would find the antenna in my vehicle for me. I went back, they looked and looked. Finally, the Manager said they could look at the tapes to see when and where it was removed and replaced. He did show me that it was replaced, but that attendant put it on very quickly insecurely with one or two turns not ensuring it was fully secured and tight. The manager assumed it must have fell off after the wash. He suggested I go buy a new one and that it shouldn't cost me very much. I found this as unprofessional and will not be returning. I felt like they were insinuating I was lying and trying to get something out of them.

I would have given this a 0 star but the General Manager provided great customer service. The problem is the end result. Dirty rims, dust all over the dash and dirt in the cup holders my chrome tail pipes are full of spots and dirty and dog hair left in the cab. Not what I expected. It's clean or it's not. My wife and I both have monthly passes and this is what I should expect? Silly me for tipping the guy before I got in my truck. I really wanted to like the service because I felt like the GM made an effort to satisfy is on a misunderstanding we had from a different Cobblestone where my wife purchased her monthly service. But when you invest time and money into a service that you not happy with it leaves you with a bad feeling if disappointment.

I love coming to this location Jeremy/Charles and the team always take care of me! I have been a member of Cobblestone for almost a year and started out going to Elliot location but followed Jeremy to the Baseline and Kyrene location and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I gave 2 stars because the guy at the front was willing to take a wet rag out and rewipe. Most of the interior was barely vacuumed. Loose dirt and food. I didn’t pay for a detail, but take a wet rag to the surfaces you lazy bums. I just came from a place where I can get the exterior done for $5, free dust towel & vacuum.

Absolutely horrific in every way from poor customer service to poor job to refusing to make it right. GO literally anywhere else.

This place is amazing! I’ve lived in Tempe most my life I always came here. Earlier this year I moved to Scottsdale I have looked for a comparable place and without luck I had no idea how above average the service here was until now. Thank you

The parking and traffic flow is AWFUL. I can't believe I haven't gotten in an accident here while getting a car wash/gas. But their wash is better that the one further down kyrene so I guess it has that going for it!
