Cobblestone Auto Spa, Tempe AZ

Paid 100$ for a detail and my seats look just as bad as when I dropped it off. Left it all day and told them to take their time. I'm really disappointed. Dont get robbed like I did.

I would like to thank Jessica for helping me out today. I was able to be seen right away for oil change and have both my filters replaced on my car for a decent price. I appreciated the fast and prompt service so much since my car was overdue for it (my fault). My car runs smoothly now. Thank you!

Do not come to this Cobblestone location. This was my first time visiting this location, and since i'm an unlimited wash customer I decided to try a new location to see if the service is all the same; it is not.
1.the guy who vacuumed my Silverado did a quick pass through and left a lot of dirt on my carpets. I had to speak to the manager to get them to re-vacuum.
2. I upgraded to the diamond package to get my interior done. I noticed a dirty spot on my inside door handle and the representative said they only cleaned what was leather. I grabbed his blue towel and within 2 seconds the dirty spot was cleaned.
This is ridiculous customer service and I would recommend going to the Cobblestone on Baseline & Kyrene.

They totally scratched up the front of my car and then denied it all while acting rude and arrogant. Manager pointed to the ‘$100,000 corvette behind my car telling me look this expensive car is fine. I took pictures. I know for a fact my vehicle didn’t come in with scratches all over the hood Worst experience ever.

I am saddened to have to even do a review like this. Had a complete detail set to be performed on April 30th. Dropped of the vehicle at 10: 29am was told would have it done by noon. Told the rep don't worry as long as I have it by 1 I will be fine. At 1: 30 I called to ask how the vehicle was coming as I received no call or update regarding the vehicle. I was informed at that point that the vehicle would take another 45 minutes to complete. At 2: 30pm I still had not received any message or contact informing me how the vehicle was coming along. I physically walked back to the location to check on the status of the vehicle. It had barely been started. I also found the fender liner had been ripped off of the vehicle through the automated wash. Pictured below, initially they declined that had happened there until they walked through the car wash to find it. I was told the vehicle would now be done by six and if I purchased the part I would be reimbursed after I provided a copy of the part price. I agreed at this point just wanting the vehicle back. I came back at 5: 45 vehicle still not complete but with finishing touches be placed I also provided the part invoice for the purchase from local dealership that had the part in stock. I have asked the general manager Dustin twice in person and via email what is the status of the reimbursement. With no response. Hopefully this review finds someone that can help me. A lack luster experience, I know things can go not according to plan, but when you can't even count on a business to make it right after the fact, that is disheartening.

Incredible place! Went to get my oil looked at because it was leaking out after I got it changed at Valvoline, they worked and fixed my car and went above and beyond and cleaned and detailed every nook and cranny of my extremely dirty truck just out of the goodness of their hearts. My truck looked better than the day I bought it from the dealer! I cannot thank them enough, it was so special. Thank god for this place.

Very nice people. Come here a lot, everyone’s so helpful. This young man named Chris helped me out today, put in new mats for me and had a huge smile on his face.

They just don’t do a very good job for $30 vehicle is always streaky the don’t get the interior clean dash always has dust left on it after they finish. They charge $60 to dress the interior with armor all. They have quality control issues

They did an amazing job on my car. This was the first time I've gone to get my car detailed, and Richard did a great job explaining the process, expectations, ect. Received my car after a few hours and it looked brand new. Thanks guys!

Very rude customer service Dustin should be the in profession he is doesn’t have any Does not have any sympathy for customers after they damage people’s cars Please do not bring your car to cobblestone they do not have good customer service and they do a very bad job and they use very poor quality soap and poor cleaning products

WARNING. BEWARE, don't go here, they play with numbers on gas pump! I reported them to Az Dept of Wt's & Measures. They had received another complaint about them the day prior to my call.

I have the monthly pass and it’s fantastic I can go there anytime I want and get a quick car wash for a full service

BE CAREFUL! &19.00 oil change with free car wash ad gets you in and then hundreds of dollars of maintenance is pushed on you. I even said sure to the pushed upon fees and when my truck came back no AC. Of course they denied doing anything. So I spent over $200 dollars for a free car wash and my AC does not work now. BE CAREFUL!

Courtney, who works at another cobblestone location, recommended me to see Richard at this location to get a full interior and exterior detail. I can honestly say my car is sparkling and pretty again. After a night of giving some friends a ride home from the bar well. I guess you can say someone made a mess. But now my car smells fresh and clean! I highly recommend these guys! Thank you so so much!

If I could leave less of a review I would. I am beyond Irate. I took my truck here for a detail and wash, they RIPPED out my subs and AMP and threw the equipment on my backseat Destroying my wiring. The lady didn't hardly speak any English. I did not get anything resolved. Do not take your vehicle here if you care about anything you have. They don't care about your vehicle.

Drove up staff were standing around not very busy, but I was helped and directed where to go for oil change. My 1st time experience was sealed by Ron who was managing oil change on my car. Offered radiator flush, but. Turned it down. He upgraded my car wash! I was in and out in 20 minutes. $23.00 for oil change with an above average car wash, was Awesome! I am looking for another coupon to have all my son's cars done! Thanks

They did a really good job in detailing my car! It looks like a brand new car again. I am one satisfied customer! Will defiantly be going back

Mario, Darwin and Adam are awesome, they always make sure my truck is done just right. This is the only place I take my truck.

Spent an hour and a half there.
I went home and had to vacuum out the entire car, and clean the inside. I could have got that job done at 3$ car wash with free vacuum.
My only day off, and tried to get the car wash for my wife. 30$ a month and tips?
Really?
Not impressed.
