Cobblestone Auto Spa reviews
28Richard was very helpful! I have been coming for 4 years to cobblestone, and he was able to retrieve all of my points over the years! #respect
Darwin was really great and helped with all my request and was very pleasant and always make sure I have a great experience
I wish i could give 0 stars. I came here for an oil and when they return my vehicle the oil light was on. Which i found bizarre. I went back and talk to the manager and he said i had to reset the light. So i went to next door to Midas to get a second opinion. Midas took a look at my car and found out that i had no oil in my car. Cobblestone returned my vehicle with no oil! When i talk to the manager at cobblestone he said he put oil, then he said there was a little. Why would i pay $63 for an oil change so they could only put a little bit? I was so frustrated with the whole situation and not only that but one of the managers called Midas. I could hear the manager begging Midas to lie that they put oil in my car. I got a refund of $51 (i paid $63) it was the worst customer service experience i have ever had. I will never go back Cobblestone.
I come to get my car washed I enjoy coming to the one on priest because of the staff they are professionals. Marcus Devereaux saw a small chip on my front glass, asked me what insurance I had. He proceeded to call the insurance, and I had the coverage paid absolutely nothing, and my insurance has lifetime warranty. Ask for Marcus! He’s the man
I always change my oil here and the service is good, but today I got a technician named Shannon that really helped me out. He listened to what I wanted instead of pushing for additional services on a car that is at its last good runs and not worth investing in. I talked to his manager to give him a complement about Shannon and his boss was just as helpful. I hope to see more of these guys because they rocked.
Over the past year I have frequented Cobblestone Auto Spa and come to the conclusion that they are the most methodical and affordable (for the quality) car wash in the area. They 99% of the time pay attention to the details that matter such as the little spaces in between the dash and center console, the air vents, and the corners of the wheels. Even though I live by *redacted* I still drive an extra two miles to go here. You won't regret it.
Don't go to this cobble stone unless you want your money stolen. Prior to pulling up, we cleaned out some garbage from the car. Took all of the change and money from the center console. But we left a 5$ bill in there to give to the attendant after the car wash. Low and behold, the $5 was gone. But nobody knows anything about it when you ask them about the money that was in there. Bunch of liars and thieves. Thanks Cobblestone
