Concentra Urgent Care, Flagstaff AZ

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. This place is a joke. These doctors aren’t even doctors, they are just Band-Aid doctors. Kept sending my husband home with no pain meds even though his blood pressure was through the roof. Made him do physical therapy before a diagnosis was even made. Begged and begged for a referral to go see a specialist, and they would not do it. And then this place had the balls to write in a complaint about my husband even though it was me who called to get questions answered. The front desk receptionist wouldn’t even let me get a word in edgewise, she hung up on me. I Called back and talked with the supervisor and said my husband needs to call in and tell the doctor exactly what he wants, even though the night before my husband was there and told the doctor he needs pain meds and a referral.his blood pressure was through the roof still And the doctor just kept saying oh it’ll be high only for a little bit. Seriously stay away from this joke of a place. But again considering this is Flagstaff, we have the worst of the worst here

Placing hands on a patient without consent and refusing them to leave is unacceptable; honoring and protecting patient privacy and confidentiality should always be a priority.

Always slow even with an appointment, lacking COVID protocols for a medical facility. Go elsewhere if possible.

Did a walk in for a DOT physical. Was greeted very politely by not just one but two different receptionist. Only waited approx. 60 minutes which compared to other locations across the country of 3-5 hour wait time, I thought was very good. Everyone was masked up. If you come in without one they are quick to offer you one. The nurse, sorry folks I am terrible at remembering names, who took vitals, etc.was very polite and spoke clearly about what tests she would be doing. Only waited about 10 minutes after she was done for Dr.to do his thing. Very professional and well mannered. And very thorough. Would crack a little humor occasionaly just to break the tension. Overall if I am in the area for my next physical I will definitely stop in here again

Nice and clean then usual employees are nice the doctors are nice it's just sometimes it tastes a little bit too long to get out even if you have an appointment but I'm satisfied with it

I have always had a exemplary experience @ Concentra Flagstaff.
No exception this time. Seems like everyone working there is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond in their duties!

My only issue is that I waited too long for my scheduled appointment. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated my prescription being called in which made pick up very easy.

Dr. Martin at Concentra Urgent Care in Flagstaff always takes the time to diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment plan. This visit was no different. My problem was diagnosed and a treatment plan ordered in a very expedient manner. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care for your medical needs!

There was a long wait (to be expected- when you hear reception saying so and so called out today). My main reason for 2 stars was because I called numerous times to get xray results. I was told it wouldn't be read until after a certain time. I called after that time for them to say "that person called out today". Then I was put on hold and LEFT on hold. When I finally spoke with someone, (after waiting the whole weekend for results-xray was done Thursday morning) they assured me they would fax the results. That NEVER happened. I finally had to physically go in to receive the results-which they had right away.

8/ 23/18. Arrived at 1030 am. Wife rcvd papers to fill out at 1042. Place is not busy. Took an hour to check in at the front desk Around 12 was called in. Took 10 minutes to determine she has an infection. It is now 130 pm. She is still waiting to see the doctor to get a script. Already paid cash for the visit. They know we are in route to Calif and have pets waiting in our RV site. Obviously they dont care. Should have gone to a different urgent care location.

Waited 3 hours for a visit.payed my deductible. Seen doctor said i should see a specialist.they cant do xrays well at that point should of refunded me.an sent my on my way

I checked in, the girls at the front desk asked me to complete some paperwork, and then I sat in the waiting area for over an hour and a half. I approached the front desk again and they said they forgot to check me in, and then laughed it off. Then the doctor had a runny nose and I was terrified it was going to drip on me, and when I had to leave a urine sample, I used the same restroom as two other men leaving samples and they had urinated all over the seat. It was disgusting. Unmarked urine samples were left all over the counter and it was extremely unprofessional and nasty. I couldn't wait to leave.

Really prompt service especially for a walk in, professional staff that we're welcoming, & competent.
Doctor Martin & Doctor Zender were extremely concerned, though and took the time to listen and provide the right treatment for my medical issues.
I strongly recommend Concentra in Flagstaff.

The employee's were nice, polite, and energetic. They help a room full of patients to get treated and an outgoing place. The employee's worked as a team.

Had to wait an hour before the front receptionist would look for paperwork for my physical, I end up calling my company to have the paperwork we faxed to her because she was by herself and too many people were in line.

Waited 2 hours for a drug test and they called people who came after me for the same test! This could be done in 15 minutes and takes almost 3 hours.

Excellent service. Staff were professional and the wait wasn't too long. Physician and assistant were friendly and professional. I would go back

I stood at the desk for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in. The lobby was full, but there was not a nurse or receptionist or any other staff person in sight. Finally some employees came around, but no one even acknowledged that I was there. After watching them ignore me for a couple minutes, even though a couple of them were just standing around as if they had nothing to do, I decided it would be best if I were to go elsewhere.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for a physical exam, and no one was at reception for over 20 minutes to get my paperwork started. I stood there alone with other patients' files piled up chaotically all over the desk with no one supervising, seems like a big privacy concern. All I needed was a 5 minute exam and the whole ordeal took three and a half hours. This office seems out of control, understaffed and poorly managed.
