24To do a 5 minute drug screen I should NOT have had a wait an hour and a 1/2. I already had to pee, so I had to hold it for an hour and a 1/2. And a that did not make me very happy.
I was very satisfied with the service. The only dissatisfaction was the outdated hearing test equipment and the slow service report to my future employers. I conducted my evaluation on Tuesday the 24 and as of today my employer has still not received the results. Over 7 days have passed. The overall ranking for you survey based on the current status of my case is: 4- needs improvement.
Staff was mildly friendly. I went on what seemed like a slow day for a pre-employment drug screen. First I was standing at the counter for over 5 minutes when it appeared only one of the two reception employees seemed busy. Then they acknowledged the person that arrived after me first, when I said something they basically told me it's not a big deal rather then correct the issue. I filled out the proper paperwork and waited about 25-30 minutes to be called back for the drug screen after they already called the person that arrived after me who was there for the same reason. Then after I provided my sample I waited at least another 30 minutes for the results. Longest and most unpleasant urgent care experience I've ever had.
Worst Place Ever. Called in days Before to set an Appointment at 12noon. Turned up to be a 4.5 hours wait for a 15 min Physical. No sense of Urgency.
