Cornish Pasty Co reviews
29I now have to try everything on their menu. The food was amazing and the service was on point. I would recommend Cornish Pasty Co.to everyone.
Oh my goodness what is there not to say about cornish pasty. I've been addicted to this place since I first stumbled upon it about 5 years ago. I've hit every location in Phoenix and the newest has to be my favorite with the deep downstairs basement and all the mirrors all around. It's a gorgeous environment and I love the dark setting! Also get the carne adovada it's the best thing ever!
First time visiting the restaurant, been wanting to try it as I heard good things.
Beet salad was fantastic, split it with my wife. See pic. Next we shared the Parliament wings, these were also fantastic, great dipping sauce! Finally the pasties; nice and hot but true to English style, bland. Next time I'll avoid the Guinness pastie and try to choose something with more kick, as well as more sauce.
I was expecting a casual take-out/eat in place but it's much nicer than I expected. We ate in the downstairs lounge area. It had big comfy booths and romantic lighting. The pasties are delicious, - but big! I wish they offered a half-size.
I enjoyed the place except too dark plus it seemed like we really didn't get the attention because they said seat yourself and didn't go to look where we were until we sat on the edge
My 1st time eating there and it was delicious! Make sure you have enough time, it does take a while for food to cook/bake.
I ordered a shepard pie with the red wine dipping sauce, and to this day it has been the best shepards pie I've ever had. You HAVE to try it with the sauce its godly.
Great place opens really late and has plenty of drink and food options, has billiard tables for late night games of pool
Cornish pasties here are freshly made and there are tons of options (good)
However some of the options just seem too overloaded and complex with wine sauces and jazz.
Overall pretty nice place to eat and drink with friends
