Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Yuma AZ

Usually everything is great here, but tonight not quite up to par. We never received the biscuits with our meal with the waitress stating repeatedly that they weren't ready. She never came around to ask if we would like refills on our drinks. Food was good though. Thought the cashier, when l made her aware, would have taken a little off the bill because of no biscuits, but l guess l would have had to talk to the manager. To much hassle to go through. I will go back. Just hope the next experience is a little better.

Worst meal I've ever had there.ham was like chewing leather, sausage not fully cooked, bacon blah.eggs under cooked and pancakes over cooked.definitely not worth the 170 mile ride today

Seems like they have a new menue, or at least mine didnt have gravy on it.
I love the meet loaf and seems I'm on a reduced carb diet and she let me have 3 sides of broccoli. Yummy. My wife loves these diners and when we travel we eat at them a lot. So, if you want a great family style food source go to the Cracker Barrel for dinner, lunch or breakfast. But it gets old when your wife insists were eating their a lot.

If you are a foreigner visiting the USA, this is a place to get American comfort food, which tastes good. Service is good as well. So go and enjoy.

I love the brand but this place needs more attention. Really good it’s different and not in the right way. Portions smaller than normal. Pictures for reference.

Not that great as it used to be. Too crowded, food quality seems to have deminished, service okay (as expected on a very busy day, certainly not addequate for big groups).

Worst Cracker Barrel I have been to. Felt rushed to order. Had breakfast which they screwed up. Way overcooked scrambled eggs (rubbery) & sausage patties (Had to use knife to cut). Gravy for biscuits had no flavor. Thank Goodness the bacon was good! Won't be back to this one!

Though the "homey" food lures us as we cruise down the road; my husband and I have gotten sick the last 2 times we ate at a CB. No more. There are too many nice places that serve homespun food, even if we have to make more effort to find them.

Absolutely love this place. Nice clean restrooms, great food and wonderful staff. Very nostalgic front area gift shop. It brings a smile to my face just entering the establishment.

Great breakfast place any time of day. A seriously full meal. Reasonable prices friendly atmosphere. No rush to leave lots to look at on walls and ceilings. Friendly staff.

Place is super pack but wait time is no more than 15 minutes. Awesome staff. My kids love the store. Food is always delicious.

My waitress was a little rude, she spilled my coffee and threw my straws at the table and shushed my sister when she asked for scrambled eggs while I ordered. Like I understand ur not supposed to talk at the same time but I work in retail and I never make any of my customers feel like they’re in the wrong of something. Food was alright, I still left kinda hungry. I think the only reason people go is because of the atmosphere. I still left a tip because I know we have bad days sometimes.

We love this chain, but have had a bad experience our last 4 visits which includes, poor service, cold food, incorrect food, and staff not returning to the table.

Store was very cute. Great way to pass the time til they call you for your table. Staff was amazing, just annoying customers.lol loved my salad and my mom loved her chicken dinner. Was so much we had leftovers

Very busy and had to wait to be seated and served but service was great and food good. Worth the wait!

As always I enjoyed the food. I've never had a bad experience here. The wait staff have always been friendly, food delish.

The service was slow and terrible the waiter took two other orders of people who sat down after us. Then they gave our order to another table and then was trying to deliver to our table after they had already left on there table not happy at all the girl who sat us down was the nicest one of all. Will not go back

Enjoyed our dinner last night. The server was a real pleasant young lady and took good care of me and my wife. We will be back.

This place is a must every time I come visit my family in Arizona we all must come here to eat lunch or breakfast always good satisfied hear the things they have to sell are unique and exquisite always end up purchasing some things or taking home a pie all around positive place and no doubts this place have you smiling

Really not very good! Only have fried Chicken on Sunday.ordered the fish n chips instead. Took about 15 mins.fish had little taste n greasy, fry's were hot enough. Cole slaw was warm. Wait staff acted like didn't want to be there.not impressed
