Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Yuma AZ

Food was delicious but the service was very poor. It took a while to get our order. When we finally got it, my wife asked for Tabasco. The waitress brought it when we finished. Quick to leave the check but unfortunately we still had to wait for a container. This location will never compare to Las Vegas or Victorville CA. But then I know it was the waitress that dropped the ball. #neverreturn

Though the store was very crowded today, there was a great variety of fun and unique gifts. The staff was available and very helpful.

Best pot roast around… I learned when you go here you order comfort food. And it certainly is comforting

Cracker Barrel has friendly staff, great portions of delicious food and a homegrown feel that you can't find anywhere else.

Some small servings, so request more. Fish get and fries not the best tasting. Yummy turkey dinner on Thursday

The food was terrible I ordered a pork chop and it was a shame a pig gave his life for that. Messy restrooms also but the worse was the food When I asked the waitress what is good she replied HERE? We should of left right there. DONE

Fast service, eggs cooked perfect. Husband's pancakes were perfect, mine were just slightly undercooked.

It is a hit and Miss with customer service. Some days. You will get the very best with the most friendly people. And other days. They can't even manage to get your drink order right. Then get mad when you tell them. That not what you asked for

Breakfast not the best. Husbands biscuits were hard on bottom and gravy had no flavor at all. The sausage is like a summer sausage not breakfast snd spicy. Won't go back for breakfast.

I gave a five star because is one of our favorite restaurants when we go visit my parents. Always great food and great service.

Great place to go to anytime except the holiday they are so very busy always go to Cracker Barrel during vacation traveling anywhere

Just ate breakfast at the Buckeye / Watson St facility. The wateress that served us was rude and disrespectful. We weren’t satisfied with the service there!

This was my first experience at Cracker Barrel, anywhere. We don't have them in the Northwest. It seemed a little hectic and noisy, but it was Saturday evening, so, understandable. Our servers were quick and efficient. The food was top notch and average prices (not too spendy). Even the other customers were friendly! My wife had to lead me out of the gift shop before I spent more money! Yuma - a great place to vacation!

Prices seemed to be high, especially for the area. I know they get a lot of highway traffic but still, the prices seemed higher than they should be. We've eating at Cracker Barrel all across the country. That being said, the food was good. The service, not so much. Our glasses were never refilled a single time and our food was served luke warm to cold.

I have never had a bad meal here. Nor have I ever had bad service. I love the menu. The Chicken & Dumplings are my absolute favorite dish to eat.
I love the old country store too. They always have the cutest things. I love the baby clothes.

Always loved Cracker Barrel, good food, service and my favorite place the store in the front. Takes me back to my childhood.

Always friendly. Good homestyle food. Love the atmosphere. Can be noisy when busy if that matters to you. Great products in shopping area is additional bonus.

Can't beat the atmosphere or the home cooking choices. The service was great and clean. Great gift selection area and reasonably priced. Location is a little hidden and the wait is worth it.
