CSL Plasma reviews
26Some of the employees are rude, also my husband told the last person the needle was not in the vain and she ignored him. Then he got a blood huge blood clot under the skin. Also they dont wipe seats in between patients, go to the one on ina they are way better!
For the most part I've had a positive experience. It's best to come early & drink plenty of water. Most of the staff are friendly, one thing that should be done after every donation is the wipe down of the chairs.
Probably the worse CSL facility I have visited on a Sunday. The staff is not moving well together at all. There does not seem to be anyone on the floor who knows how to clear a line. Waste of time or so it seems.
It's pretty much a 50/50 when you go here, I've had great service, I've had terrible service. They definitely need to train some of their people on the donor floor better.
Most of the staff are very friendly some however are rude & seem to hate being there in general. Wait times to get to the donor floor are ridiculous? ! Sometimes you can get in & straight back. Other days you'll be waiting an hour or more just for the donor floor, insanely ridiculous! Of course it doesn't help when VIP's are constantly jumping in front of you either. There's also a tech up front that likes to act & treat people as though she's everybody's mother & needs to stop! It's annoying & completely unnecessary, her name is 'Cyn' I'd advise you avoid her if at all possible her coworkers dnt even like her. True story!
Been going to the red cross for years, decided to try csl plasma instead. Horrible, rudest staff I've ever encountered. I ended up just leaving.
