I would never call any other plumbing company in Tucson! This whole company is the best, from the office staff to their field service. I have used them twice and both times sent someone out within a couple hours (and it was not even an emergency)! Odus was great the first time and this time Kenny arrived. He was fast and efficient and done in no time. I have been very impressed with their expertise and personal attention. Thank you!

What separates a Good company from a Great company is how they respond AFTER they received payment. Cummings replumbed my house and did a great job. We have found a few mistakes that need to be fixed and the Cummings Team was engaged and took responsibility. Well done!

Within 10 minutes was told we needed all new pipes due to leak somewhere. Cost would be $11,000. My landscaper thought it was our drip system and it was fixed for $252.

This last service was not Jordan's first service to our home so it was good to see him and as usual he did an excellent job. Jordan is an asset to Cummings Plumbing not only because of his efficiency but he is very customer oriented and takes the time to engage in conversation even tho he has a very busy schedule. We appreciate his work ethic and look forward to seeing him at our next service or maintenance call.

The gentleman sent out to look at my leak was very professional and pleasant, and was able to explain to me what exactly happened for my pipe to leak the way it was.
