They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to never answer the phone. They don’t communicate one says they will have the medication done by midnight the other says they can have it done by morning. To top that off after they say that it turns out they ran out of stock of that medication and apparently didn’t know so u don’t get your stuff for a week or have to get it somewhere else.

The service here is abysmal. I have tried to call them multiple times today, sat on hold for a half hour, and then had them hang up on me. Every time i tried to call

Literally save everyone’s time and just close this pharmacy because they’re the absolute worst. WORST PHARMACY EVER!

Went to the drop off window to fill my prescription, guy was on the phone with another customer for about 20 min, while he was on the phone he kept looking at my papers and setting them back down. As soon as he gets off the phone tells me he doesn't have any of my 3 prescriptions and he's 1000 prescription behind like thats going to help me in anyway feel sorry for him.

My doctor sent over a prescription yesterday for kidney stones and I called and this CVS never answers their phone. My husband and I were the only people in line asked if my prescription was ready and she said they may have it ready this afternoon, I asked since I am here if they could fill it because the staff was having a personal conversation with each other, she said honestly it will be faster if you go somewhere else, then proceeded to tell me they are 72 hours behind (1500) behind. I asked could I be prioritized since I was there and she refused. I will never use CVS again and will be canceling my care pass membership.

Have called multiple times on different occasions about getting a passport photo. Apparently their camera works about as often as the ice cream machine at McDonald's.

The people seemed distant, and not engaged in serving customers f2f. The phone rang and the pharmacist promptly gave service, but f2f he made me wait multiple times while he answered the phone.

Rude pharmacy. Won’t help you at all, I’m shocked they have people like that working there, consider calling corporate to have them fired.

The customer service is really bad. Specially a black lady, she is so rude. Acting like don’t want to talk people. I hope they fire her

Store is run down and has very poor customer service. The cashier did not speak to me once throughout the entire transaction. Even after I said “hi” and “thank you” he was silent. I will not be returning.

Horrible place to get meds. Pharmacist Matthew doesn't want your business will tell you to go elswhere. And if you do get meds here they will change your name to a derogatory name and Mona has absolutely no clue.

I tried calling for 20 minutes was hung up on multiple times, even when transferred from the pharmacy. That’s ridiculous.

I have a bulging disc and I called in my muscle relaxer to CVS. I waited a week before calling them to make certain my muscle relaxer is available. Cvs said my doctors office didn't fax my refill in. I found out they did fax it in but CVS wasn't aware due to incompetence. A severe lack of awareness and I suffered longer than I should have. CVS Pharmacy is the worst I've ever used.

Idk what most of these reviews are talking about the pharmacy staff here always helps me quickly. Maybe it cause I’m nice to them and understand they have a hectic job.

This pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve ever worked with, and for so many reasons!
1. They send me a couple of notifications that medication is ready for pick up, when it actually isn’t.
2. One employee argued with me on the phone over an insurance plan, I told them the insurance was with AHCCCS - Banner, and the employee kept on saying that Banner is not contracted with AHCCCS. I proved her wrong and still didn’t understand that Banner University Plans is Banner, and had an attitude.
3. I manage assisted living homes and every time I tried to get diabetic supplies from CVS I went through nightmares. The employees made me sign AOB forms and return them by fax, and once I did that they got lost; they had me do all sort of little steps and every time I asked what I needed to do to have the prescriptions filled they only told me pieces of it. For example, the prescription did not have the diagnosis code on it, so they told me to ask the doctor to send them the diagnosis. Once I did that, when I called to see if the medication is ready for pick up they said the diagnosis has to be on the same prescription, and this went on and on.
4. The employees don’t communicate with you to help you get your medication filled, you have to call them and surprisingly you get different information from each employee.
5. The employees do only as little as possible: one of my residents has dual enrollment with AHCCCS and medicare, and he still had to pay out of pocket a good amount of money because the pharmacists did not think to run both insuraces.
Bottom line, this pharmacy deserves zero stars. However, the store itself is alright and it has a good location.

I handed the check-out person [Felicia] my only item, a box of band-aids. She promptly dropped them on the floor and said "Oh, they just fell right out of my hand, how funny is that? " Hint- band-aids are to prevent infection. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Can't they find better people to hire than this?

Max the pharmacist he lies to me all the time and keep saying he call CMDP and wasn’t true. He don’t want to accept CMDP insurance because is just lazy to call and confirm my foster kids info! I will love to them get better training and get better costumer service! At the end CMDP Call the pharmacist and finally after 7 days get my prescription fill!
