25Has gotten allot better. Very busy store though. I like the app. It's in a bad area though and you're not allowed to use the restroom. Even as a paying customer.
Very poor customer service, will never return back to this pharmacy, they said they would have it ready at 5 pm when I past by it was 3. I went to pick it up at 730 and it wasn't ready. Upset due to the fact that my 2 year old daughter was discharge from e.r. Early that day. Manager did apologize but however didn't resolve my unhappiness.
The pharmacy had lost my prescription the night I dropped it off and never scanned it in the computer and never notified me. When I went to collect my medication they were very rude.
The waiting was ridiculous, bad customer service they had all my info wrong and denied my insurance. Argued with an employee about my info and she turned out being wrong. Really bad service. It was embarrassing but got it tooken care of. Noone should have to deal with that kind of service, especially them being supposed proffessionals.
My 4 year old puked on the floor which they made me clean it up with Windex glass cleaner and paper towels. After I was done, they told me sarcasticly to have a "nice day".
