38Her comment was she didn't need the tip, so she didn't get one. Adriana was her name, being useless was here game. Corporate will be notified that Adriana declines tips here, because she can't seem to handle the 5 other occupied tables. Adriana, McDonalds needs floor sweepers, apply soon, you won't need to worry about getting stiffed at the register anymore.
They need to give the servers here more help.a lot of people are complaining about their attitudes but tbh i’d be agitated too if i was the only one working a busy denny’s.
I have eaten here several times. The quality of service varies greatly. Sometimes everything has been great. They other times less than stellar
We have eaten here 3 times in the past 3 days and every time the line has been extremely long. Unnecessary long. They won't seat you even if they have plenty of tables open (not the covid restriction 10+ tables open and plenty are spaced apart.)
They are too busy to not be seating people, there are people standing and waiting for a table. If they don't have enough waitresses/waiters they need to hire more. The food here is cooked extremely well, but the fact I have to spend 15-30 minutes waiting for a table when there clearly are tables available is ridiculous.
After 30 minutes of not taking my order, I got up and walked out. They were not that busy. I was seated before the table next to me and the waitstaff came and took their order. Smh.
Food was great, service was terrible. Waited forever to be able to order and our server had an attitude problem. Was also over priced compared to other Denny's restaurants
Wonderful place the young woman who treated me greeted me with a smile, was warm, courteous and above all just a great character I wanna go on record and say I would DEFINITELY recommend this fine dining establishment and I will definitely recommend your fine waitress. You don’t find too many people like her
After a 30 plus minute wait the waitress tells us "we stop serving grits at noon" we were here a couple of minutes after 11am. So many empty seats but a few servers (call outs I guess). Suddenly I remember why we stopped coming here a couple of years ago. Service is HORRIBLE. However our waitress was cool.
Food was not even warm.had to wait 50 min for our order to arrive. My friend ordered a T-bone.they brought out a piece of sirloin show leather, and then informed us they were out of t bones. Worst Dennys in the country. My recommendation.eat somewhere else.
I've been seating for 20 minutes at the table. There are 2 servers and the manager on the floor. Ignoring me. Haven't even got the menu
Waited almost 10 minutes not once did anyone come by to get drinks or atleast tell us they would be back in a minute. I asked one of the waitresses if anyone was going to take the order she said someone will be right with you waited another 7 minutes no one came. We left. To all the waitresses walking by yes maybe it was not your section nor your table but it wouldnt of hurted to take it as your own im sure. Anywho not coming back atleast for a while.

Ruben is an outstanding host with 5 star customer service. If you eat here in the morning sit in ruben section you won't be dissappointed
The double cheeseburger was tasty and filling. The waitress had southern housepitality. She was actually from Tennessee.
Staff are professional's but the cook or cooks are lazy.they do bare minimum actual cooking and it tastes like the food as been microwaved.
Good service and good food but don't forget to take everything with you that you bring in. They just toss it. They don't believe in keeping a Lost and Found.
Made a online order at 10 am. A few items and they said 10- 15 mins. I arrived at 10: 16 and no food was ready. Made me wait another 30 mins for my food.
This is the worse Denny’s I’ve ever been. Employees are always on a bad mood Managment is always rude and care less you walk in and they don’t even welcome you. I’ll rather drive longer to go to the one in Litchfield and have a great service.
The restaurant was nice but the service was horrible it took three times to try to get my eggs right and they never did get them right
Great service friendly staff. Food always comes out hot a fresh on point. Would come here again.
