Denny's, Phoenix AZ

Worst manager in my life i never experience a terrible service from a manager he was rude and disrespectful.service was very slow considering that are a restaurant close to the freeway exit

I like going to Denny's recently I discovered that the fish and chips is seasonal They don't serve at year round you're always friendly good quality food

I ASK FOR MY STEAK SUPER WELL DONE TWICE BUT I GUESS THEY SERVE IT JUST THE WAY THEY LIKE IT. BLOODY TASTE

Terrible service! Avoid this place, waitress named Diana was more interested on playing the stuffed animal machine than getting my order, ordered online, waited 20 min and drove to pick it up, i arrived and still waiting here. Almost 1 hour since i ordered. The waitress has come to me twice to ask me if im waiting on tbe online order. How hard is it to make 2 grand slams?

Just came for a quick bite with the husband. The service was great. Coffee was made fresh and soda refilled quickly.

Denny's connected to the Flying J truck stop 10fwy and 67th Ave always busy always open great location friendly staff and clean at this one showers are available 24/7 enjoy the many Trucks coming and going

Been sitting here waiting for 30 min for a burger fries only 6 people in restaurant. Crappy service

This is another of the truck-stop Denny's. Service was slow, wait staff was too busy talking about where they are going out that night or were they were last night. It over here all their conversation is only feet away from me, but they could not be bothered with drink refills, or taking orders. Watching my food sit in the window until I had to ask one of them was that mine, and of course it was

Ordered the salmon. Being a truck driver I'm trying to watch my blood pressure and heart. I joked with the waitress that I'm ordering heart food. I've ordered this a lot at other Dennys across the country. Never have I've seen the salmon covered in garlic butter, the rice dripping with butter as well as the squash. I thought this was pretty evil thing to do.

Intire staff has attentive synergy. I was seated within a minute, I was wearing a backpack and holding a duffle bag full of clean laundry, I sat down looking in backpack for a handkerchief, dagnabit burried in the pack somewhere? I grab the silverware wrapped in a napkin with my name written on it to see a cup of coffee and extra napkins on my table, oh the joy, sometimes it's the little considerations that go the longest way.

It was a busy Saturday and Brittany took our order promptly. The salmon was moist and the rice was cooked right.

Had the worst service I have ever had, from the longer blond waitress on nights, she was more interested in the guy at the counter than any of her other 3 paying tables! We saw her at our table to take our order and bring our food no refills on coffee till the hostess in a walking cast went and got it! And reminded our waitress that we still needed silverware after we has finished what we could without it from our plates!

Restaurant was clean and well-organized. We were quickly seated and provided menus. Drinks arrived promptly and our orders were filled correctly And Timely. Food was very good as was the service. Bathrooms were neat and clean. Sufficient parking with handicap parking available and handicap accessible bathrooms.

Always good service here and never a long wait. Our server was Brittany but I believe her name tag said Boy. She was very nice, attentive and a good server. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Food was good as well.

I waited 30 minutes for them to attend to me.the attention is very bad.the employees are laughing and playing inside the kitchen. It is a disaster.they should vote to the manager of this place

The server was slow. It was like he was on some sort of drug. Come to my table and said "I'm leaving early so when you leave a tip just give it to my manager. " No other server came to my table. Horrible service. Not one refill, and no desert.

EXTREMELY disappointed w the wait time for food, and the managers ability to handle a Sunday afternoon crowd. We were there for TWO hours waiting to be seated AND for food. Never again. Food was burnt, and tasted funny. Will be contacting corporate on the service issues.

Sat at the bar. Server Brittany R was amazing. This morning cooks had it going on as well. Thanks for the hospitality and great food.
