Denny's, Phoenix AZ

I typically love Dennys and every time I go I order the same thing because its just My thing to do so. I had breakfast eggs hash browns and biscuit and gravy the food was delicious I have no complaints there but the service was horrible there was one guy working which he took 10 min to seat us and then he was rude and had no time for us it seemed. Ill never come back to this Dennys again.

The service was great and they were super friendly but I only got little portions of food. Which is why i gave 4 stars

2 of us stopped for breakfast this morning. Almost walked out waiting for someone to come to our table. Ordered 2 coffees and breakfast. Wait person came back with 2 to go coffee cups, one filled about 1/2 way, the other about 1/4 - “sorry, we are out of coffee cups”. Food came, both our breakfasts (I had cheddar scrambled eggs-eggs were cold and cheese was sprinkled on top like right out of the bag. My wife had an omelette- cold too). Her side of fruit was in a water glass - “sorry, we are out of bowels”. Person never came back for anything but to deliver the check. Definitely won’t go back to this Denny’s

Not the best experience. We got to Denny's around 6: 30 in the morning. We ordered and when we received our food it was served to us in bowls instead of on plates. The other person in my party was not happy about it. I figured it's Denny's though, your expectations shouldn't be too high.

Some of the worst service takes literally 15 minutes to be seated or for the staff to even acknowledge they have customers. Been here 3 times now always the same no matter what time. To top it off the food is always over cooked, old, oily, or undercooked. The quality of this dennys is the worst I have ever been to in all of my travels through out the lower 48. Just disappointing.

Restaurant was slow, not very many people inside. Food took 40 minutes to arrive at our table. All three orders were incorrect.

Good food for times you go there, club sandwich always delicious. When a person comes alone be cognizant of gender and have an opposite gender be the server, as one who has worked in the industry, it is what it is. Great place to watch drunk people. Never had a bad experience at a Denny's, IHOP on the other hand, yes!

Colby was an amazing server. We came in and were seated and he gave us prompt attention when serving us. I had a previous experience and wasn't too happy but decided one last chance. I will continue to come back over and over and ask for Colby! Great Customer Service!

Morning crew is great. Night crew.another story my server disappeared (guessing a break but didnt tell us or have someone cover him) flagged down another server for water then he disappears also. Finally got another person who got us what we needed but after 20 min of this we just wanted to finish and go.

Now morning crew they is great and fast.

Fast Warm and Fridenly atmosphere here at the Denny's off the I17 and Thomas. Busy customers coming in and out all day. And the team worked fast paced and with smiles on there faces all the way around. Labor Day one of the busiest days and they pulled thru it. Keep up the good work and know the Phatom has caught your amazing customer service.

If you want what you ordered pick a different restaurant, 3 out of 3 orders were wrong and on top of that one was cold! Usually happy with Denny's but not at this one!

Typical Denny's good food good service reasonable prices. Parking's a little awkward. But if you're an oversized vehicle use the mall parking directly behind it.

It sucked both time we ate there. First Time we had crunchy tortilla graps couldn't even fold the tortilla plus bad service. Second time food took forever to get to our table with only 3 tables around. Server came to check on us once. Bad service.

Got a to go order. Decided to just get breakfast and lunch so I wouldn't have to make two trips. The food was delicious, but they messed up a few things. When I asked for sugar free maple syrup they packed a whole bottle.it was only a third of the way full.but still weird.and they forgot the ketchup and mustard for my burger. So strange.delicious.but kinda weird service.

Dreadful. We got soggy hash browns so we asked for some crispy bacon.we sent it to get just a little more crispy We both finished our food and waited for 25 min to get a check or have staff acknowledge us at all. Never going back

Step was a little rude Snapfish my milkshake was watery instead of thick I was not happy with it at all!

It's hot inside because it's so small and there's only one stall in the restroom, but the service was great and the staff on there game

The service was good and the food was average Denny's fare. The location was a bit tricky to get to because it's tucked behind a La Quinta on a divided street.

Slow service, rude staff and food was overcooked. The only saving grace was the manager. He was polite and wanted to make sure we left happy.

NICHOL IS THE BEST. She is funny smart and attentive to her customer and even those who are not. Food is great and worth the stop. The revitalized restaurant and great staff keeps me coming back again and again. Thank you all your whole team is what makes it an enjoyable experience.
