Denny's, Phoenix AZ

Horrible service, my food sat under the lights for twenty minutes while other servers just looked at it and walked on by. They didn't bother to serve me because I wasn't their customer. Shame! I will never go back.

It was a busy location but I like the food the server was grade she is pregnant and she was very fast never forget anything and she was checking up on us all the time I can't wait to go again and visit my favorite location on Denny's

I called in a pick-up order @ around 9: 40am & they told me it would be ready in abt 10min. I arrived about 15min later, it wasn't ready yet. I paid for my meal & had to wait another 5min at least (they were getting slammed w/the morning rush on Saturday morning), but it was worth it! The food that needed to be hot for me to be able to enjoy it, still was (I suppose I should thank the inventor of their "Take Out" plates for that as well). And the staff was very polite & friendly.

Manager cant seem to know what dine inn means have 30min. Lunch i try to order with time couldn't make it happen

It was great. Our waiter was kind. Served us on time. He was always smiling. We were so tired and hungry. He treaded us great. Good was great. Thank you.

Certain hours it can get pretty busy and your order maybe slightly delayed compared to when they are not so busy. I could NOT connect to their wi-fi. Oh yea, you must emphasize how you want your meal done or it may come under to your liking.

Food is good and waitress are friendly but hostess is very rude.
It was 4 off us coming in, place was 75% empty and she made us standing 30min and wait to be seated.

I came here with family for lunch and it was amazing. From the food to the friendly waitress, and cleaniness, everything was on point. Despite the location there were no people loitering around the building. I would recommend this place to anyone for good food and service.

The two waitresses, Cindy and Sandy, busted their butts taking care of a busy breakfast crowd. I was impressed with them but VERY disappointed with the manager on shift. With only two waitresses, the manager should have been going around making sure drinks were filled and taking orders to help fill in. The lazy ass didn't do anything.

Eggs were uncooked lots of clear white egg, english muffins burnt, hash browns half overcooked half raw

Stopped after son's graduation. They accomodated 15 people, got all our food out together. It was still hot and tasted great. Service was awesome. Thank you Denny's crew!

Eveeything was great but food needs to ne served hotter. No problem with server bringing it out. Just need to mske food hotter or use hot plates for all food.
