Fast service and extremely nice staff. Got my shoulder looked at x rayed all with in 40 minutes.

Wish I could give 1 star. I went in here to check on some respiratory issues and COVID concerns due to a touch of a temperature but also had some sun poisoning from being too much in the sun over the weekend for yard work. The wait wasn’t long and it wasn’t crowded but when the doctor came in, I explained my symptoms and asked that I be tested. The doctor replied, with a rather bewildered look on his face, “Tested for what? ” Which caught me off guard and I said, “Well the temp I am running concerns me, but I’d like to make sure that my respiratory issues are just allergy related and nothing worse (ahem—- COVID) ” He replies, like it was common knowledge “We don’t do COVID testing here if that’s what you are asking. And we don’t specialize in respiratory exams here either. ” Well that the hell? ! I left there being told to “wait a day” to be screened for COVID if I have concerns passed today. Sorry I have a 6 year old son. I’m not putting him at more risk by guessing—thus why I am sitting there in the first freaking place.

I left there with a steroid cream for my sunburn and a script for Flonase, after I had to ASK him to check to make sure my lungs were clear (which they were). What a waste of my time and money. Don’t go to this location if you have concerns about COVID or respiratory concerns due to allergies.

Not personable at all. Staff not friendly or outgoing. Just do their job and you leave when done. When it was time for urine sample, she hands me a label and says bathroom right there. No instructions, no cup. I asked where do I find a cup. No answer. Ok, I'll figure it out. Once done, tells me what room, follows me and shuts the door. Doesn't say anything like dr will be right in.nothing. Common courtesy and caring behavior would be nice. Really need to step it up in the customer service department.

Do not go here. It’s dangerous to your health with doctors who don’t listen or care.

I went in due to a fall on my foot which resulted in severe pain and bruising all over my foot. I had full ankle mobility and no bruising or swelling in that area.

The doctor came in, kicked my injured foot, and manhandled it. After a few seconds he told me the X-ray tech wouldn’t be in for a few hours and that it wouldn’t matter anyway because it was a sprained ankle. He then left the room. I was offered an ankle brace that would have put pressure right where the pain was the worst in my foot and I refused it. My foot was wrapped and I was sent away.

Thankfully I found a specialist who took me in the next day. He took an X-ray and it didn’t take a radiologist to see the SEVERE break in my fifth metatarsal. I’m glad I went to a doctor who actually listened to me.

The only reason they get a two star rating is due to my nurse. My nurse was amazing and I wish I could remember her name. She provided me with great compassionate care.

I saw Dr Malik over the weekend, unfortunately not good experience, lack of knowledge and help. Donot waste your time and money. Go to real md.

Was very unhappy with the service today. The place was disgusting very dirty. The doctor didn't know how to respond to any of my questions. The nurse Swap to my child's nose for the flu and dropped it on the floor and still used it. Very unsanitary

I will never come here again! The wait was horrible! Doctors office and other urgent cares are faster!

Just returned from this Urgent Care. Must have timed it just right, because I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Dr. Malik was unbelievably patient and kind. Very intelligent. Nurses were super friendly and sharp. Best experience I've had in a very long time with an Urgent Care. Thankful to have them in my neighborhood.

By far the rudest staff I have ever felt with. After seeing the Dr and him giving me a diagnosis, I had questions. The Dr had the nerve to ask "did you not understand what I said" I will be calling cooperate to discuss this. I pay money for my questions about my health to be answered not to be mocked or to make me feel stupid.

Checked in at 3: 40. Only 2 people in the waiting room. It took 40 minutes before being called back for vitals and then stuck in an exam room for a n hour.

Scam, I brought my son in for ringworm, they wrote him a prescription, we were there a total of 20 minutes. The front door says urgent care. I tried to pay my deductible of $65 They would not except that they said they would bill us the deductible. I got a bill for $264 for an emergency room visit. I refuse to pay it

After having a TERRIBLE experience at Banner Urgent Care (don't bother! Do yourself a favor!). I came here. These people were so nice, so friendly, accurate, and fast. The Dr actually circled back to check in on me twice, and the nurses were top notch. Honestly one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had bar none!

I had a deep cut on my finger. I felt welcome at the reception desk. They explained everything to me. The entire staff was very nice. Dr. Clark explained the procedure, what to expect, and care instructions. I will return to this location if I need to visit an Urgent Care again.

I had to take my boyfriend here when he was having a repeat issue that we thought had already been sold at a different Urgent Care the day prior. First of all it's super convenient that you can schedule an appointment online and they will call you when it's time to come in so you don't have to sit around in a waiting room full of sick people you can just come when it's time to see the doctor which is awesome. Then when it came time to actually see the doctor, the doctor didn't just throw out a prescription and send us on our way or do some other typical doctor move where they don't actually listen to your problem and just send you away. The doctor actually listen to all of his concerns and everything that was going wrong and actually dedicated time to not only explain what prescriptions the doctor was going to prescribe but why they were prescribing them how they would help and what preventive measures to take to ensure a better condition for the future. It was an incredible experience and this is definitely a place I would suggest going for any age patient (my boyfriend is nearly 30). I truly is a great set of staff and a great system setup for providing great health care. I'm not sure what kind of health insurance my boyfriend has but I no he had not yet met his deductible so when they said the final total was $170 for the visit I would assume that would be the cost for someone that did not have insurance for a visit. I hope that can be of some help but of course that's just my guesstimate. I absolutely recommend this place for your urgent medical needs (within reason, there are some things that require 911 and you should not be afraid to call them)

My experience here was a positive one. I really hate coming to hospitals but overall they were fast and courteous. Don't let the fact that it is a small hospital fool you. I recommend coming here.

If I could give zero stars that is what you would get, the service was fine, the wait wasn't bad as I checked in via phone prior to going, the Dr looked in my ears, nose & throat told me I had a URI wrote me two prescriptions was with me for all of 3 minuets and I just got the bill in the mail today $431.00 you people are smoking crack if you think that is a fair price I am beyond disgusted.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones, looking at these other reviews. From getting in to the receptionist, triage, to my visit with the awesome Dr. Hawkins I had a great experience. I mean great considering it's an urgent care, and you don't want to need to be here. Five stars earned. People, if you go some place a bunch of times and get 1 not awesome experience, your stars dropping from 5 to 1 is harsh

My college age daughter came in thinking she may have the flu. Did a $450 urine test and charged over $770 total for the visit. Now stuck with a $225 dollar bill after insurance. She asked if she had to pay anything and was told no. There should be a policy to inform young people what the bill will end up being! Take the time to check with insurance. Geez!

I did the online check in. After checking in I was called back less then one minute. Seen the dr within five minutes. From the receptionist, nurse, doctor and medical staff. I was provided with excellent care and service.

This is the second time I have used this place in 8 years and this last time I will ever use this place. Receved the WORST service and didn't even get the medical help that I needed, I'm now stuck with a 200$ bill and then my regular doc bill who gave the medical treatment I needed.
I'm really unhappy with the doctor not the staff members.
