Dignity Health Urgent Care in Gilbert

I called in at 730 explaining to the receptionist that I was trying to check in by phone because I had been told there wait time was 45 min and I had to be up for wrk at 4 am the next morning she assured me at 730 that I had been checked in and if I showed up at 850 I would be seen quickly well I showed up at 845 sat in the lobby until 930 when I asked if it would be much longer and explained that I had been told setting up check in by phone would save me a 45 min wait she told me it would be soon. Then 5 min later I was called back for my weight blood pressure and temp. And then asked once again to wait in the lobby for a doctor.i asked how long it would be and the nurse told me a min of 20 min. Not a place to go for honesty or speedy service.

The only thing they did right was get us in and out quickly. THE AFTER HOURS PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS! So, if you have an issue with anything after they close, your only option is to go to the Emergency Room! DO NOT GO HERE!

Came in as walk in with my 9 year old daughter. She'd been having a fever all night 102-103. Couldn't break the fever came here within 2 minutes we were back in triage. Dr Welsh and Kari were great. Kari gave me a chart on dosages for Motrin and Tylenol depending on weight and age. Very helpful.

Have been here for over 2 hours, still not seen. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I walked in. 2 hours! Really?

My husband visited this urgent care 2 days ago, he loves this place, Doctor B. Clark is very professional and detail oriented. He did blood test for my husband too, also he did very thorough check. My husband felt this urgent care service is like a hospital, very professional and well managed. We will visit this place from now on.

I cut my knee and needed Stitches. Everyone was really nice and was more than happy to chat and make some jokes in the process. Best urgent care experience I've ever had. These guys are great!

Last place to go if you need Urgent Care!
1 person in the waiting room when we showed up and have waited over an hour no doctor yet!

Love this place! Everyone is considerate and professional. Efficient and fast. My husband and both go here all the time and never spend more than an hour there.

My experience here felt very rushed and over looked for treatment. Crappy doctors and front desk. Highly recommend getting your medical needs else where.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars
Dr. Jared Green treated me like I was psychotic. I went in because I had light bleeding and I was getting faint line positives on tests. Anyways I go in and they take a urine sample. Dr. Green comes in and tells me the test was negative. "If you were pregnant your line would be getting darker"
"Do you understand what I am telling you"
"Are you with me"
Then goes on and explains how pregnancy works as if I don't know. Unbelievable. And guess what? ! It turned out I was in fact pregnant. I got a BLARING POSITIVE a few days later. But Dr. Green was so convinced I wasn't. Then the nurse and her remark "I guess you are just having a period"
I will never come here ever again. I can't believe people like him get hired.

Best urgent care I've ever been too! Its short quick and to the point and when you don't feel good that's exactly what I want in an urgent care! Staff is really nice and make you feel comfortable as well.

In all honesty I never leave reviews but Dignity Health, wow! I've never walked into a doctor's office and felt at ease and well taken care to the level they executed. I highly recommend it. If your considering anywhere else to go don't, you found the right place.

The doctor took her time to explain things and listen to me. I felt very comfortable and confident in my decisions for the next steps to take. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hawkins and the whole staff I dealt with were excellent. They were very friendly and very professional. I needed 5 stitches on my chin. A week later and the stitches are out and I'm only showing a very small scar. Dignity Health is non-profit. I hope to avoid this place but if I get hurt this my Urgent Care of choice.

Been here for over 3 hrs and only 3 people ahead of me. Not seeing anyone leave the rooms. Very irritated waiting with a sick cranky 2 yr old. This should not have taken this long. Still waiting for the doctor after being in the room for nearly 45 minutes now. 45 minutes. If i knew it would be this long i would have brought her dinner. I will not be returning after this visit.

The doctor was very rude, was in the room for five minutes and the receptionist had no smile or any kind of personality. The only person who was nice was the nurse.i was so disappointed.

The service was ok BUT THEY ARE BILLING AS IF THEY ARE AN EMERGENCY ROOM AND THEY ARE NOT! BEWARE MY INSURANCE STATES IF I GO TO URGENT CARE I PAY 40.00 COPAY. MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM IF THEY TRY TO DO THIS TO YOU. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE FALLEN PREY TO THIS.
