Discount Tire, Mesa AZ

I have not been to discount in a long time. The staff is nice. Remember, there is always a wait. Tires are not cheap. And they are closed on Sunday, the mostly likely day you will get a flat.

Great Service. The tires we had put on back in February didn't last long. The tread was worn down within 4/32. They credited us the tire minus the mileage.

Love Discount tire. Every time we bring our car in to have a tire repaired, they automatically check all four to make sure there are no more surprises when we’re back on the road. Terrific service.

We have been buying our tires at Discount Tires for many years. Good prices, and friendly knowledgeable staff. But twice a year, when the weather changes and the little tire light comes on my dash, I pull into a discount tire store for their free service of checking and filling the air in your tires. Always a smiling young man to bend over and check the tire and fill it, while I sit in my car and relax. I'm a senior and I probably could do it myself, but I don't have to. I always give the young man a a couple bucks for his time and service, but it is basically a free service. I think it's great that Discount Tire cares about the community in that way!

I use discount tires regularly. For me they have always provided good prices with excellent service. This time however when I came to pick up my vehicle my experience was far from excellent. When I approached the counter The person working the counter ignored me when I said hello. He ignored me he came around the counter did say pardon me and almost pushed me away to get to the credit card machine. When I said something he told me he was busy. When I responded he walked away towards the door to the shop I said something about not hearing what he said as he walked away. When he came back in I asked him if he heard me as he was walking away and he said yes he did. I asked why he ignored me. He said because he was busy it’s an hour before closing time and it’s been a long day. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to him he said I am the manager. His name is David in my opinion he’s a lousy manager. He’s rude and unresponsive as well he takes no responsibility for his attitude. I’ve noticed that the owner response to some of These reviews. I do hope to hear from them. I would be willing to discuss the matter and raise the review. I do not feel this is a very good store to go to in the future with this type of manager. I hope this helps somebody avoid the same experience that I’ve experienced.

Wasn't greeted until after the manager took two phone calls and helped a delivery guy. Other discount tires I've been to in the past they come running out to your car.

Waited in line for air check for about 20 minutes. The tech had to talk to every customer. Seamed like if they see a line of 5 cars. They would have another tech jump in and help out

The service was quick and fast. They got me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend you make an appointment.
