The only place I go for tires anymore the guys are great take care of the customers really good can't beat it for a tire store best place to go get your tires

I went by to check my air pressure on Saturday and one of the guys said they can't check my pressure on the tire as it was flat. I looked at the Gage I had and it was at 24 PSI but your guy did not want to check it for some reason. I have seen worse tires get air checked then my tire which was barely going down. I didn't feel welcome or anything at this location. It was bad customer service and we just wanted to sell me a tire without checking the pressure on my tire

Great service, Brandenburg was friendly and efficient. These guys even offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my air check. Thanks a bunch!

Great service but if you don't talk to the 1st person you spoke to.forget it, they have a very hard time figuring out what you are there for.

Good tire shop. You can make an appt online, so no matter how many people are there when you arrive you are priority because of your appt you scheduled. I did that and was in and out in 30 mins, maybe less. Had two tires replaced.

Well where's the coustomer service when I inquired about the 30/9.50 /15 tires they didn't have in stock they could get it from wherehouse for a 15.00 wow! I left perplexed went to another discount tire on the way home 43rd dunlap they would get them no extra cost

Clean, courteous, fast service. They also did not take my aluminum valve stem covers. Everytime I went to the dealership for tires to be serviced my caps all disappeared. Four blessed occasions they took mine and replace with these cheap black plastic ones, LoL. I'm sure it was not a conspiracy, just lack of attention to detail. Now I take the darn things with me so they can't forget them. It's a Ford, I know my mistake #1. LoL

Always friendly, all our car tires are from here. They fix your non discount tire for free and because of that we give them our business!

The level of service at Discount Tire is absolutely fantastic. I've bought tires there several times and each experience has been very pleasant. The free services they offer such as checking your tire pressure, resetting your tpms, etc.keep me coming back and I always consider them first when it's time to purchase a new set of tires.

I went this Discount Tire location today and it was a great experience! The staff was amazing, friendly, and very funny. They continued to check on me to make sure I was doing good while I was waiting for my tires to be rotated. I even got to purchase a warranty on my tires since they were brand new! I am very happy with this visit and I am glad Discount Tire is where I go for all my tire needs!
