Jesse is the best service advisor I have ever had in my life with any dealer! He really cares about customers and I trust his advise. He is a model of true customer service!
I also want to recognize master tech Logan. He was able to troubleshoot a noise in the engine that has plagued my Honda Civic for years. He was able to identify immediately the cause. Very personable and polite. Great experience!

My experience was courteous and more than cordial
My service representative was informative and professional during the course of my stay there. The service representative made sure that I understood everything that was taking place with my vehicle and was able to give me good detail so that I was thoroughly educated on what was going on my car.

Overall the experience was great. The only low point was the paperwork wait. The paperwork itself didn't take long, just getting to the point due to inadequate staffing was the issue.

A big thank you to Jon Vontesmar for assisting me in buying my 2018 Honda Accord at Earnhardt Honda and making it a 5 star experience. He even delivered the car to my home so I didn't have to drive back in from way north Phoenix during the busy holidays. Thank you Jon!
