Purchased Toyota's for many years!
Service dept is great, however i am getting ready to
return a lease without a new lease vehicle being purchased.as i have
for many years, i will rewrite a review based on how smoothly
that return goes, NO more payments yay!

We have now purchased a total of 4 vehicles here. They don’t pressure you and make car buying as painless as possible.

We have been customers at Earnhardt Toyota
for several years. They have always taken very good care of us and our beautiful red Tacoma.
Recently, we came to the decision that we would have to get a vehicle that would accommodate a lift and mobility chair for my husband.
True to form, Earnhardt took very good care of us and we drove home with a very nice Sienna!

Happy with the sales process overall. I hate dealerships sales tactics but I feel they didn't get "pushy" or over promise and under deliver. I am very happy with my truck and would use them again and urge others to go there when looking for a new vehicle.

My daughter has taken her tacoma to a dealership in Ca multiple times for a bad speaker. They could never find the problem. 1 trip to Earnhardts and the problem was fixed. They also replaced her broken visor.

I asked about an alignment and the checked it in 5 minutes and told me the alignment was perfect. No charge

Herb is amazing, in the fleet dept. He is running around and making this super smooth! I am sitting, eating a snack! Everyone has been courteous from the moment I rolled in. Definitely no regrets for coming to Earnhardt!

The service was done efficiently and in a very timely manner. All of the service techs and cashier that we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate returning for service in the future.

Made a firm offer with dealership and they agreed and asked me to come over to process offer. When I arrived they said vehicle was sold. Bait and switch. Very deceptive practice. Beware of salesman.

Very disappointed at the ethics of people at this dealer. Especially the sales manager on staff thursday Nov. 8th 7: 30pm. He actually started talking numbers and options (not a good sign) on the sidewalk. To me this means "we dont want you in our showroom". I was coming to see a vehicle that was sold as i was driving.who has heard this one before

Faulty replacement parts required an extra day for warranty replacement.
When the vehicle was returned, it was supposed to be “rinsed” off. It was filthy.
All personnel were professional.

Drove to 400 miles to buy the vehicle and the team at Earnhart was one of the best. They were very helpful and courteous and took care of ne and my wife very professionally and also has the new vehicle driven to my house. Extremely pleased and will be the next place for my purchase!

The guys and gals at Earnhardt Toyota are the best. Great service, honesty and reasonable prices for Dealer Maintenance. Highly recommend them!

Customer service and the services area not up to my standards. Also no respect srach my truck bed liner problem 2 times. Replace parts with uncorking parts

Earnhardt Toyota is always my first choice, we have bought and serviced our vehicles there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They Are fast, friendly, and professional. And the donuts aren’t bad either.

I brought my truck in as a walk in to be serviced over the weekend. The area where my family and I stayed was very comfortable, clean and pleasant while waiting. The automobile service was excellent!
