Horrible experience. People were very rude to me and my guest. I would never go here again! Very unfortunate because I spend over a thousand per night.

Absolutely loved this resort! They constantly go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. We were first greeted by Drewski who help us get orientated with the resort and our room and everything the facilities had to offer. He really made us feel welcome and did a great job explaining what enchantment was all about. He suggested we try stargazing as an evening which was absolutely incredible! Dev was another employee who we chatted/connected with on the way to an activity. Such a great and friendly staff to complement a fantastic resort.
Will definitely be back.

Awful. The phone in our room didn’t work and there was barely any cell service so we could not call for anything. There was no bottled water, coffee maker, mini bar or a picture on the wall. For $900 a night this is an insane rip-off. A Hampton Inn is better than this.

Peaceful setting, never felt a need to leave the resort, except a five minute ride for golf. Check in was seem less, staff was always positive. We attended the stargazing night with Dennis, outstanding, exceeded my expectations.best way to have spent our 30th Anniversary!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was outstanding! Everyone from the security gate greeter to the servers, bellmen, massage therapists, trailhouse staff, lobby staff and housekeeping were amazing! Some standouts were housekeeping… They took a jumbled pile of my jewelry that I left on the sink and laid out every piece of jewelry in an organized and beautiful way…just showing their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. Constance, our server on the last night was outstanding! She was very present, knowledgeable, patient, and went the extra mile in every way. No matter where we went, it felt like all of the staff was working as a team. We were never left waiting or wondering. Someone would always greet us and communicate with us no matter where we went or what we needed. There was a wedding happening the weekend we were there, but we never felt less important than anyone else. We will definitely be back. It does not hurt that the grounds and the surrounding canyon are breathtaking. Thank you Enchantment!

We stayed here for a first family vacation as a family of 4. All of the staff was very nice and the grounds are beautiful. Our children went to camp coyote two mornings and one evening and loved it. They wanted to go back instead of hang out with their parents. Our room had a great view and was extremely relaxing. The stars at night from the balcony were a major highlight for me. We also all really enjoyed the food at both restaurants and the poolside bar. The adventure center was able to recommend both a nice hike for our toddlers as well as something for just us adults. We will definitely be returning.

The scenery was beautiful. This is not a 4.5 star resort. For the price, I have stayed at other 5 star resorts and all activities were included (except spa),
Including meals. Rooms need upgrading, many staff had attitude

Hands down the best customer service of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. From valet and housekeeping, to the waitstaff and concierge, everyone was so pleasant and eager to please. Well, except the pool staff. They were slow and acted like they couldn’t be bothered.

Spa services were amazing. Definitely recommend the prickly pear wrap.

Highlight of the trip was Cara, the resort sommelier. She arranged a tasting with a charcuterie board one day and a wine paired dinner the next. Her knowledge and experience guided us to some amazing wines, and she did it was an enthusiasm that was infectious.

So many good things to say about Enchantment. We will definitely be back.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.

I had an amazing time at Enchantment. The Team was very friendly and genuine. I enjoyed a guided hike with Elizabeth and had some delicious meals!

The only thing 5-star about this resort is the price. We live in Phoenix and I’ve had many friends over the years rave about this place. The scenery is beautiful, but maybe it’s just gone downhill? We arrived at about 2 PM and they said they’d get our room ready ASAP. The room is not ready until after 4 PM. The rooms need maintenance and are very plain/standard. The bed is highly uncomfortable. My back is killing me. Pillows are lumpy. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work and no one answered the phone after leaving voicemails and calling three times. It took them over an hour to come and bring a new one, therefor defeating the purpose of morning coffee. The service at the pool was so slow, not sure what the waiter was doing but 45 minutes after ordering a Diet Coke and it never came I just went to the bar and got it myself. There is no ambience or vibe at this hotel at all. No music. No hotel bar. After dark there’s literally nothing to do. For $1,300 a night, we won’t be back.

Na Nelle (spelling might be wrong) the bartender at Tii Gavi was exceptional. Her uplifting attitude right off the bat made our trip awesome.

The service is only outdone by the unbelievable views. The accommodations are amazing, hands down my favorite resort in Arizona, a must see and stay.

Our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival and no one came to clean it. We had to throw away the trash in the bathroom ourselves. Didn’t feel great about the sanitation of everything based on that.
The bed was wildly uncomfortable (it was bowed down) and really hurt my back. It also creaked at any slight movement.
Everyone was super friendly but service was very very slow.
It was a 2 star hotel experience, 3 star service, with 5 star views.

The Enchantment is incredible. The resort is a sprawling oasis. If you need to go anywhere a golf cart is outside waiting to take you in a few minutes. Every person we've encountered has amazing service including Dev, who has helped us a lot. The views at every turn are breath taking and the sky at night is like nothing you can see anywhere else. Q and Drewski were the best bellman.
If you're coming to Sedona there is only one place to stay.

An amazing resort with amazing view. Everyone at the resort was superb nice and very helpful.food and drinks very delish. Secluded spot. Massages were amazing. Pool is fun. Staff went above and beyond with all needs and especially were out celebrating our anniversary and they made it so special and so memorable for us. Definitely will visit again.

The staff were all incredibly accommodating. The food within the restaurants was superb. If you indulge in any spa services, I highly recommend Joanne as your masseuse. There was only one disappointing issue, we splurged and reserved the Pool Suite. While it was beautiful, clean and the splash pool was very relaxing, the accommodations needed maintenance. The outdoor fireplace near the pool did not work (very disappointed considering the amount of money it cost to reserve these rooms), the bathroom pocket door was off track and did not shut, the outlets in one bathroom did not work, the screen was off of the patio door and just leaning against the door. Maintenance was notified of the fireplace and we were told the part was on back order, so no romantic outdoor fireplace. Maintenance said they would notify management. No one from management reached out to us to apologize or offer any suggestions. A resort this lavish should not have their room accommodations in this condition. I do believe it was overpriced in relation to the condition of our room.

Obnoxious construction noise all the time. Why wouldn't they expand during off-season? I came up here to get away from L. A.noise. Instead it's trucks, bulldozers, cranes, woodchippers, blah blah blah. Horrible.

I highly recommend this resort, excellent quality, golf, tennis, pickle ball, and many other games. Along with a 24 hour pool and golf cart service, and a mini bar in your room. The rooms are very high quality rooms in a village style resort. Tip only Verizon data plans get a signal here.

Came here for a birthday trip and boy were we enchanted! Room was immaculate, service was top notch.when you get tired from enjoying their beautiful pool, tennis court, hiking trails, and many other activities, just hop on their golf-cart shuttle.impressive architectural style blending into the surrounding humbling red rocks - this is one of the few resorts where we truly felt co-habiting with the gorgeous nature instead of interrupting her beauty.look out for their resident deer:) we rarely trust resort restaurants, since we understand most of the times we're paying for scenic views and food is secondary.but you HAVE to try their restaurant Che Ah Chi, did not expect Michelin quality and they truly surprised us with locally sourced ingredients and locally-inspired flavors.
