Enchantment Resort reviews
21 When researching what properties to visit to present to clients wanting to do domestic desert vacations I fell upon Enchantment Resort in Sedona and I was treated to a mountain oasis gem. From the minute we drove up to the gate and were greeted by a young man who was welcoming and animated and obviously loved being the first touch to guests when they arrive. Next was the check in desk that is outside, then the bell staff Richardo and Kristen the Operational Manager who took us up to our room. They both gave us an overview of the property and Richardo made sure we had everything we needed inside our gorgeous room.
The rooms are just wonderfully designed with leather chairs and plush bedding. The bathroom was huge.
The resort has tennis, a small golf course, renovation of a world rated spa facility, biking and hiking trails and tours, wellness focus and a wonderful pool.
The food was very good. I cannot write this review without mentioning the Crystal Margarita at Tii Gavo. It is a special recipe that takes days to prep and is a true honor for the bartenders to be approved to prepare for guests. It is apparently a right of passage to pass the test of the head bartender. Our Bartender David explained the process in detail. A high dollar cocktail, but worth every penny. Probably the smoothest drink I have ever had.
The event area is so stylish with modern Arizona decor and comfort and the view incredible. A wonderful venue for a retreat or wedding. The history behind this property is wonderful and the future is bright. It was a Ranch, then a Tennis Ranch owned by John Gardiner before a Resort.
Laina Pinella-Guerrero was an informative and thorough guide and representative of the property.
