I have gone to this location for a few years and the techs are always so knowledgeable and kind. They truly do care for you and look out for your cosmetic features as well as pain management. I was even given a refund once on something that was not up to my standards and it never happened again. I enjoy going here and love getting waxed here.

I've been going to various European Wax Centers over the valley for over three years now and the San Tan Mall location is my favorite! I see Samantha and she is the best! She helps make me feel comfortable and does such a great job.

Morgan is my favorite - she's very attentive and takes her time, which I appreciate being a perfectionist. Thank you so much!

I never write reviews, but I am writing my first review because I have to applaud Morgan for her incredible work. I have been getting my brows waxed for years from many different places. I’ve never been fully satisfied with the outcome. I went in with normal expectations and Morgan exceeded them by far. My brows have never looked so amazing. She made my eyebrows look so perfect that they look like I got them professionally microbladed. Besides her phenomenal skill, Morgan is sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything along the way. I will only go and see her from now on for my brows. To top it off, this was my first service at European Wax Center and it was free! I appreciate the phenomenal work put in for a free service. Tip her well, she deserves it!

I have been going to European Wax Center for years, all of the wax specialists are actually so great but I have to say that Morgan is THE BEST! I always request her when I book my reservation! She always makes sure everything is perfect and that I am happy with her services before I leave. She also gives me skin care tips and recommends the best products to use to keep my skin healthy and smooth. I just love her!

I got my brows done by Morgan and they've never looked better! If you're looking to get your brows done she is definitely your girl. She was completely professional, sweet, and
very knowledgable. The experience at this location was great! I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely adore this place! The ladies are so lovely and the treatments are effective, painless, and affordable! So happy to have found it!

UPDATE: Today's visit was my last. I will never go back to the Market Street EWC, which is too bad, because the tech I see there is phenomenal. Appointments were not being honored because of technical issues that began on Friday. Friday. Two days prior! So we, with appointments, were treated as "walk in" customers. Unacceptable. The gal @ reception could benefit from some customer service training. And what kind of business, pray tell, does not accept checks as a form of payment? Done.

I been going here regularly for a while, and while I adore my esthetician (and she's the only reason I go back), I don't care for the atmosphere.
Loud, raucous music is played, rather than the soothing spa-type. Robes/Wraps are not provided, so if you're having any body services done, you're basically laying there au naturel.
And when checking out, the receptionist/cashier tries valiantly to sell their packages. Even after being told, "No, thanks. " Several times. Fees are really no less than a big name salon/spa, and amenities are few.

I’ve been to several EWCs and this one is by far the best. New, clean, and extremely friendly staff. Not fake nice- real nice! Waxing sucks to do, but these ladies make it a positive experience.

Kayla is my number one girl eyebrows. Keeps her room clean. Shes great to talk to. And I trust her 100% with my eyebrows.

European waxing it's a great place to go to remove all your hair the wax is very gentle and it last for Elise 6 weeks

I'll start by saying my wax was fast, minimal on the pain, and smooth. My appointment was with Emily. The reason for four stars, and not five is that I called ahead to ask about the first wax free deal. I suspected I had been to a different location about 8 years ago, but wasn't sure. They verbally confirmed the price with me, (a discounted rate for a Brazilian), so I assumed that would be my price and that perhaps I hadn't actually been to any European Wax centers before. When I arrived for my appointment I again confirmed that I was there for my first time discounted wax and it wasn't until afterward that they informed me I had already been to a different location, leaving me to pay the full price for the wax. The receptionist offered me a $5 discount. I felt it wasn't very honest considering how many times I had confirmed that I was expecting the first wax free discount. Again, the wax itself was wonderful.

Great, Mary is the best. She is so nice to talk to and she is quick I'm in and out with a great wax.

Well, I don't know where to begin.
I booked an appointment for today to do full legs, full arms and eyebrows. The girl at the front desk was nice and informative, and the woman doing my wax was nice and we had a nice conversation. Even my eyebrows were for free because it was my first time at EWC! I was excited.

The problem came when she started to do waxing. Now, I am not a wax expert, but I have been having my body waxed since I was 16 (I'm 29 now) so I've had a lot of experiences and this is certainly one of the worst I've ever had in my entire life.

First she did my eyebrows and I had to re-touch them with once I got home. At the same moment that she put wax in my eyebrows, she also put two stripes of wax on my arms. That wax was sitting there on my arms for so long that when she tried to pull it, the wax was too dry and obviously was breaking in pieces.

After that I had to sit down to do my full arms (this is the first time I've had arms waxed like that). The stripes of wax where so big, long and thick that there was wax all over the place, falling into the bed, my hairs where not coming out, becase the length of the stripes or because she was pulling into the wrong direction.

There was even a moment she forgot I had wax in one of my arms and I had to tell her. She had to do my hands like 3 or 4 times because there was still hair there and I had to tell her in which direction she should be doing it to get my hair out. She also missed chunks of hair around my elbows.

I also had little pieces of wax all over my arms that I had to tell her to clean. I can pass one or two, but not having my arms full of little pieces of wax.

All of this made me decide to not wax my legs waxed at the end, even if I had that planned. But the service was horrific. I am sorry for the woman who did my wax, but she needs more training or more experience.

I am definitely not coming back here.

I've been coming here for years. Everyone is very professional, and the entire facility is very, very clean. Tiana is my go-to aesthetician, but everyone has been great.

Omg this place is amazing.on top of my girl sterling helping me out with my hair issue and to know that I am not the only person dealing with so much hair.and she recommended me this product that has helped my hair grow less it freaking works if you use it the right way.cant just expect to seeresults with 3time use every day use and I promise it really works

Super friendly. Explained the process and procedures. Didn’t try to make you buy anything you didn’t want.

I travel full time and visit a different European wax center every month. The front desk girls didn’t smile at all and didn’t seem happy in the least. I had a great appointment (the esthetician was awesome - great conversation and made me feel very comfortable!), but when I got home I noticed there were very large sections of my upper leg left untouched. I would consider their services expensive, and to pay $40 and spend 30 minutes to not get everything is disappointing. Probably wouldn’t return to this particular location again.

Mary is the best. Management needs to get rid of the twits at the front desk. Very immature girls that need more people experience.

I got my brows waxed at another salon about a month ago and really loved it. I came to the European Wax Center due to timing issues and really needed my eyebrows waxed. The center is nice but I did not like the wax. It was way too hot and really hurt compared to the other place I went to. The woman who waxed my brows, also trimmed my eyebrow hair and cut the hair very bluntly and cut the ends way too short. She was really nice but I do not plan on coming back. I will go to the place I went to the first time.
