23All the front office girls are super nice and super helpful and I've seen several different lacks wax experts and they all, how ever Diana is my girl and she is my favorite!
I bought a package of brazilian waxes and have gone 6 times now. Every time has been with a different employee because they must have an issue with keeping them. And all 6 have literally missed a chunk of hair, that I notice only once I get home and have already tipped them. I'm often having to tweeze hair as soon as I get back from an appointment. They try to wax way too quickly and do not take their time, often smearing hot wax all over my sensitive areas. Also, I'm tired of getting told that I should buy their products. I just spent 60 dollars, leave me alone. I honestly gave this place so many tries, will start traveling 40 minutes to go somewhere else.
I've had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time a couple of times because they were running behind then today the receptionist in the front said she's running 15 mins behind I stepped out for a quick phone call came back less than 15 mins later then the receptionist says she took the next person because you weren't here. Well they shouldn't tell you it's going to be 15 mins if they don't mean it then blow you off. I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time today been coming to this location for a while now but they don't care about your time and leave you waiting way past your appointment.
