Fast-Fix is Wonderful with Awesome customer service. I had a watch battery replace and a gold chain link fixed. Great quality work and fixed within an hour! I would recommend everyone to go here to get their jewelry fixed as well as purchase jewelry.

I have been using fast fix to repair my jewelry for the past six years. They’ve always done a great job, kept the price fair, and I’ve never had to bring anything in to be fixed again that they’ve already fixed. Keep up the good work guys!

I went in last week to get the clasp of necklace fixed, and Don was able to fix it for me within minutes and for free! The service was great and I will definitely go back again for all my jewelry repairs.

Recently took my Grandpa watch to get a battery replacement. They said they will clean the watch but never did. After I got my battery replacement they did not even set the time right. Don't take you're watch for repairs. They overcharge for their services.

They are dishonest. They will lie to your face without hesitance and refuse to admit that they did any wrongdoings on their part. They take no responsibility.

Took my G-Shock which I hadn't bought from there in (brand new from another store) I didn't know how to set it up. They were kind and courteous, they set the time and date up along with the other functions for free!

Fast Fix is absolutely amazing! I wanted to get my dad’s necklace polished to wear to his Celebration of Life. I went to Kay’s Jeweler’s where I purchased the necklace from but unfortunately Kay’s couldn’t help due to the pandemic so they referred me to Fast Fix in Chandler Fashion Mall. I called and told then my needs and they were able to take me the next day. I dropped off the necklace and walked around the mall for an hour. They called me and told me my necklace was done. They even cleaned the chain for me Thank you so much Fast Fix! I’m so happy I have a place I can drop off my jewelry off.

I feel bad for the woman at the counter taking heat because of the time its taking to intake orders. I assume they were shorthanded. I wish i could've stepped in to help. Kudos

We brought my wife's watch in for a battery, 30 minutes later we walked out with a new installed battery, a watch that had been thoroughly cleaned and a 5-year warranty. Who could possibly complain about that.

We have brought many watches for repair at this location. They are all so helpful. Julir, with the red hair, was very helpful and fixed my daughter's watch quickly. Thank you!

Sent my wife here to get some links removed from my Breitling Navitimer figuring it would be a 5 min job and maybe $10 and to my surprise, she was charged $24+. At Zales, they sized a watch we bought elsewhere for free! I'm not saying this should be done for free but it certainly not a $24 dollar job! It's obviously necessary for them to charge ridiculous fees for even the most mundane work due to their location inside the Chandler Mall.gouge customers to afford the high rent. Unreal.

In addition, my wife was asked for her phone number so that they could text her when the work was done. She walked around and browsed other nearby stores and finally went back to the store where she found all employees sitting around BS'ing. My watch was done but they didn't bother to text my wife to let her know. They can't even do the simplest thing!

Bottom line, go elsewhere.

Honest and efficient. I brought in 2 watches for batteries. The lovely gal working explained that one of them was an eco watch and just needed to be charged with some good old sun power. The other watch needed a new battery and it was placed in less than 20 minutes while I did some shopping. Excellent service.

Horrible Service stay away from Alexis possibly worst worker I've ever experienced. Worst Demenor, thinks she knows everything and is really annoying I will never be back or anywhere she works-

We went into Fast-Fix to have my daughter's rings repaired. Her rings had been squashed after she smashed her finger between a table and a door. Alexis was wonderful, as she had the rings bent back into shape and went the extra mile to clean all of our rings. All the staff was very polite and helpful, with amazingly fast service. As we were waiting for the rings to be cleaned, they made sure we had no other questions or concerns.

Loved Fast-Fix. It's a little pricey but I appreciate their 6 month return/ repair policy for any additional fixes:)

Super polite and friendly young lady helped us when my girlfriend needed her watch adjusted. Quick, simple.

We got our rings resized here the service is good, its a little small.the wait time for the sizing is average of about an hour. I've had a few rings sized here.
I recommend going there rather than a big named jeweler where they will over charge.

I went in today after calling ahead to ask approximate prices for a watch clean and service. I was told prices start at $19.99 and increase depending on certain factors. Got to the store and was told due to the type of watch it was $59.99 service and battery plus $25 to add/remove a link. I felt the phone conversation could have provided a more accurate quote price (more questions asked) and also would have been to be told about the extra $25 to add the link (which was stated by myself that needed doing also.) A rather large jump from $20 to $85. Safe to say, I did not go through with the work.
