You have a watch that needs to be fixed, Fast-Fix is the only place you need to consider. I have a watch that I like very much, it's not an expensive watch (a pulsar), but I really like it. To make a long story short, I have been with out it for three months, because I took it to a jeweler to replace the batteries. They told me it needed to be cleaned, so 70 bucks later and two visits after that, it still would not work correctly (one button would stick). So I took it to Fast-Fix, which I should have done in the first place (dduuhh). They fixed it correctly in 30 minutes. Thank you Fast-Fix! They are located at Chandler Fashion Center, just outside of Sears on the second level, very easy to get to. Fast, friendly, courteous, professional service at a very reasonable cost.

Horrible service went into to get battery change on my watch. The guy that was working the counter told me $70 for a battery, when I said " for a battery ". He walked away didn't care to put my watch back in the case. Stay away horrible service and extremely over priced
