Went in for tb screen and tetnus shot. Nice fun professionals made an otherwise annoying chore.pleasant.effecient very short wait time.

Provider Sonia McCallister is the best. She is very professional, she talked my through every step of my procedure. I would recommend her to anyone of my family and friends. Melissa was also very helpful and got me in as soon as she could even though there was a wait.

My husband recommended this office and I am truly grateful for the care, in which I received. From the welcoming phone call with Christopher, to Melissa’s help in filling out the forms once there. The office was very clean and I felt comfortable being there during this pandemic. Christopher was even better in person, a true empath, as was the main provider, Sonia, NP. Thanks to everyone there for providing me a level of care that proves y’all actually do, care️

My wife had a bill for a service she never accepted. They have ruined her credit. Her credit deteriorates every month from FastMed sending it to collections. She has called the billing department 3 times and waited on hold for over 20 minutes to get an answering service to leave her name and number and they NEVER called back. This is FRAUD. You charging people for tests/services they never received, then sending it to collections because your billing department won’t answer? Fraudulent activity at the finest. If you don’t want your credit score to go down 50 points every month or having to pay for thing you don’t ask for, DON’T GO HERE.

I visited this office in October of 2020, and while the provider's care was acceptable, the office procedures are definitely below par. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never received a bill or any notice of a balance due until I received a text message yesterday, 3/24/21, stating if the balance was not paid in 1 week, it would be sent to collections. Each time I call the billing department, I reach voicemail, and the clinic can't give me print out of charges or accept payment. I have no idea how to make payment if they don't answer their phones. I am never using FastMed again and would recommend anyone considering it go elsewhere.

Not the best urgent care we have been to. My hubby and I had appointments at 9 and 9: 15 - finally got in at 11 - why have an appointment? We could have easily sat and waited for 2 hours! Staff was over worked and not personable at all. They couldn’t do an X-ray so I was sent to their Tempe location. What a difference! Tempe was clean, nice and professional - won’t go back to this first location.

The people did a good job in getting me the medicine I needed for my situation. I thought they were very professional and everyone seemed (from the front desk to the doctors) to make sure I was taken care of.

Billing Practices are Questionable at best. There are NO MEDICAL DOCTORS at FastMed. They bill as if there ARE medical doctors with visits lasting >45 minutes for hundreds of dollars. Stay away

I have been here several times for various illnesses and injuries. My visits have been mostly adequate, though this review is for my most recent experience. First, I checked in online three hours in advance but was delayed over an hour after my appointed time. There was only one other person in the waiting area when I arrived. Why even have online check-in if you aren't going to follow it? I came in with a cough and other symptoms. They tested me for the flu (negative) and, not being sure what it was, decided to treat me for bronchitis. (I've had bronchitis at least 20 times in my life and know exactly what it feels like to my body. This is very different. However, I trusted them as medical professionals.) They prescribed antibiotics, which I have been taking on schedule, but I have only gotten worse. I called back today to see if they could phone me in a different prescription, as this one clearly is not working, and the woman who answered refused to help. They also made a mistake on the dates for the note they gave me for work and refused to fix that, either. She said if I wanted the note fixed, I could come in AGAIN, which means I would be paying AGAIN. Mistakes happen, but if YOU made an error, YOU should fix it. I should not have to pay twice for the same issue/diagnosis or for your mistakes. That is completely unethical. I have no plans to ever return.

I was vacationing from out of state and developed and eye infection. The staff was courteous and helpful and I was able to leave in a timely manner with a prescription that cured my infection. I would definitely recommend FastMed.

This place is a joke. The receptionist didn't even look up to talk to me or she would have noticed my face was paralyzed and knew it was an emergency. I asked her how long is the wait she said "well it's a while since there's 15 people in front of you" there were 2 people in the lobby and they just opened up. No time frame given to me just a short comment with an attitude. She had most of her teeth missing or messed up, that right there you can tell this is a bad place. You could also tell this was just a job for her and not a career. DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn't even bring a sick rat here. Go to the CVS on Broadway and McClintock they have a great staff and was able to see me within 30min. I hope "Fast"Med gets shut down soon. For the owner don't try to reach out to me and try to apologize for my experience do us all a favor and get a helpful staff that want to be there so future patients feel welcomed and taken care of and not feel like a nuisance and just another walk in. I WILL NOT EMAIL YOU. Read the comments, look at your reviews and step up as an owner of a medical establishment. Very unprofessional.

Being from out of state and getting very ill, I needed to find some place to go. Looked up places on line and saw good reviews and decided to try it. Very happy with the care I received and the staff. I could not stay as long as they wanted me to so they worked with me to finish my treatment at home.

Kim at front desk, knowledgeable/educational/pleasant and answered all my questions & fears (Co-Payment/rules & fears/reassurances)!
AWESOME! THANK U KIM)
Doctor was quick, efficient, pleasant, supportive/Dx immediately/script on on my way! Thxs each & everyone of you (fast, quick & supportive)! Would go back again, wth/out a doubt) geez, sure hope I don't have 2?

The most terrible experience I've ever had at an urgent care. The woman at the front desk was atrociously rude and resulted in me walking out and going to a different urgent care out of my way. She treated everyone else just as bad. I've seen her before for a drug screening I did and she was unpleasant even then. After this experience, I will never be returning here and will gladly discourage anyone from coming to this location. Fix your clinic and pay attention to your grumpy staff because clearly you're not monitoring them enough. Given all the terrible reviews you guys have already

I visited FastMed Urgent Care this past weekend for something that could not wait until I could see my regular PCP. The staff were excellent as was the treatment for my condition. I'm on the speedy road to recovery thanks to FastMed.

We visited this Urgent Care for a believed to be broken finger on my husband. We had a long wait to see the Dr.which was a bit annoying since there were only a few patients in there at that time, however that is very normal for any medical practice! After an X-ray the doctor came in and said that the X-ray revealed the finger was NOT broken. The Dr.said that you could do nothing or wear a splint if it feels better. We decided to let them splint it. However after waiting 20 more minutes for someone to come and do it, mind you we had been there 2 hours at this point, we decided to leave and do it ourselves at home. We returned home and after another 5 days of pain we decided to go to a hand specialist who X-rayed it in front of us and it was so clearly BROKEN and you could see where a piece of the bone had broken and detached the tendon. If we could clearly see it why could a radiologist who was said to have read the X-ray at the Urgent Care not see it. The hand specialist recommended surgery but we elected to splint it for 8 weeks. To summarize I would not recommend this Urgent Care for anything more serious than a cold! Avoid spending money on unreliable medical care!
