The most absolute vile staff in the entire valley. Take the other terrible reviews into consideration. Woman at front desk is the rudest soulless person. This place is trash. Avoid this clinic and the rotten people in it like the plague.

I was traveling on business to Scottsdale and must have gotten food poisoning or something! I had very bad vomiting and a fever. The folks at this Urgent Care were simply fricken amazing! Great bedside manner; they got me in the back where i could lay down while i wanted since I was miserable. They then had a calculated approach to get me to stop vomiting and reduce the fever. Everyone was so nice and invested in me getting better even counseled me on when a safe time would be to fly home. I heeded their advice and booked my flight home the next evening:). I wish all urgent care facilities were operated like this one.oh.and my copay was $20 bucks with my insurance.

Understaffed but did the best they could. In and out in about an hour. Make sure you or bring a form of payment, credit or debit, as this is required even if you have no co-pay.

I came here immediately after my daughter was sent home from daycare due to a pink eye scare. When I was waiting in line, the woman in front of me kindly moved out of my way while she filed her paperwork out so I could get the sign in paperwork. The receptionist scolded both of us and said she'd only be helping one of us at a time so it didn't matter. After almost 40 minutes of waiting I kindly asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer it would be and she interrupted me saying I needed to be patient and wait times were on the screen (they weren't). I told her I didn't appreciate the rudeness and she told me she wasn't going to argue and I needed to sit down. After a few minutes she called someone else up and thanked her for her patience while giving me a dirty look. I went back up and asked her for my cards back, telling her my initial question was so that I could make an informed decision since my daughter's nap time wad coming up, and I would just come back later if it was going to take much longer, but that I didn't get to say that since she was talking over me. She told me she was sorry I felt that way and to suit myself before handing me my cards. I never got to see a doctor for my daughter's eye. It wad a waste of time. Do not go here as the receptionist was exceedingly rude.

The front office staff needs to learn some manners and know how the speak to someone. If you go and look at their reviews on their website you will see 4 and 5 stars, that's because they are able to pick and choose which review they want on their website. If you want attitude then you should go but if you want respect go somewhere else.

Got here before they opened at 8am on a Tuesday for drug screen for new job i accepted. Had to miss my other work while i waited for over an hour with a low battery. Couldn't leave building for charger or i would fail test. Longest i ever waited for a drug screen in my life. Medical staff there could have a better attitude as well.

If you go here after seeing all these bad reviews then you are a fool.this place is horrendous avoid unless you are dead.old rude ladies give no care only want your money.

They’re decent at diagnosing people, but EVERYONE is rude. If you want to be treated like trash come here. If you want actual answers I would recommend going somewhere else.

Don't go here, unless you want to be over charged!
Had to get stitches done, called up thy told me I can come by, in less then one hour I was done, came back since the doctor says I won't have to pay to get the stitches out, well I showed up the wanted to charge me 145$ for a new visit, defiantly not going back here that's laying to a customer is the worse of this story!

The staff is very curteous and attentive. I received the help and treatment that I needed.
Charles Larson, PA, is great! He actually talked to the patient, and was very friendly and personable. Not something one would encounter often when talking to a doctor)

Even having to wait past my appointment time, it was still a good visit. The PA was very knowledgeable and caring, among all the employees were very nice.
