Food has definitely gone down in the years. Need to hire some new cooks. Carne asada was very overcooked and very salty. Tasted like it was reheated. Sad. I used to really like going to this place 5 years ago.

Just don't bother to come to this location. Horrible horrible costumer service. I had the girl who took my order on the drive thru act like a horrible brat and laugh in my face because I requested to substitute by soda that she had given me because it was out. Basically she gave me carbonated water. We as a Latino community deserve a better treatment. Because this is not tye first time I have a problem at this location. If they hate their costumers. They should just close their business

Worst burrito in my life. Thanks for serving something that sat there for 9hours while making my friends order fresh. I paid for both burritos?

Good Mexican food, very clean, no long wait, fair prices, easy to get to, good service with a smile

The customer service sucks here. The girls are birches to customers. Customers are not treated with respect. The one nice femaleworks in the evening is always tweaking. Not a clean environment either. I eat at Filabertos all the time. This is the least pleasant location.

Worst carne asada fries ever, smallest portion ive seen to date.the meat was just seasoned with pepper.big dissapointment in this location.

I order a carne asada burrito and was freaking cold like iceberg, and then I have to wait long time, what a waste of money and time. I won't comeback here again.

Love me some Filibertos! I usually order a bean and cheese burro, with light beans, add rice a little extra cheese!

Took forever to get food and no one in line or in drive threw, workers on phones, and the food was cold. Happy this was my only time at this location and never again. Wish I could put negative stars

Always excellent customer service and scrumptious, mouth watering food! This Filibertos even has a clean bathroom!

Cold overpriced food. I was charged an extra $2 for absolutely nothing. I ordered extra cheese and spent a dollar to get the same amount as usual. I am mostly upset about the missing unaccounted item and temperature of my food. Also when you ask for lime for street tacos and its missing it DOES make a difference. Thumbs way way down. I will pick a different location next time. Absolutely disappointed. - disgruntled and ripped off.

Good food. I eat here quite often in the mornings. Relatively fast service. Sometimes inconsistent with the resulting food - sometimes they forget my brief, custom order. So I gently remind them to add this or that, checking my order before I leave. Otherwise, good stuff.

I went to get some good Mexican food. The burritos tasted good, but the amount or size was very small. Not at all as the other Filiberto’s. The salsa bar was almost empty. The restroom was not stocked properly. In general, used to the other GOOD restaurants of this chain, this one was very poor experience. The only saving grace was that the woman taking our order was friendly and helpful

The carne asada burritos and cowboy fries were very good, but the horchatas were a disappointment.they were caked with cinnamon it was very gross.chunks of cinnamon were floating in there and every time I sipped from the straw pieces would go through also.

The worst experience I've had at a filibertos in a while. Absolutely terrible customer food and even worse customer service. Do not go to this location, any other one is fine.

Overcharged me for my food, the carne asada fries were so small. This is not like any other filibertos. One of the worst filibertos, will never come here again.

Authentic Mexican food. I felt like I needed to be a Mexican to be in there! They were very nice. The food was good. I am from Oklahoma where Mexican food is abundant and is made by real Mexicans like this restaurant is.

Worst.filibertos.ever. Got a #20 taco enchilada meal w/ taco on the side so they wouldn't put it in the beans to get soggy they didn't listen so I asked for a wrapper. Got attitude. When I picked it up it was very broken so I just asked for a new one. Got an eye roll from the cashier and the cook. The box wasn't even half full with the enchilada rice and beans it was like they only filled it half way to avoid putting the taco in a separate wrapper. The cashier kept coughing into her shirt.so gross no point in asking for my money back just going to lose out on the money

I just ordered a carne asada burrito only meat beans and cheese they got to keep their guacamole and pico de gallo but still charged me an extra dollar for the beans then i asked for green sauce and lemons the lady got an attitude becuase when i said green she heard red sauce lol to top ot off when i get home the burrito was basically a bean burrito cuz i only ate about 4 pieces of meat i didn't even finish just threw the rest away i paid almost 9 dollars for a bean burrito! Like wth man i worked a 12 hour shift today and depended on filibertos for dinner. Funniest thing is there's a taco bell next door guess thats where I'm going next time smh om really disappointed in fili bs tonight the worst thing is if you complain then most likely you'll get a stomach ache or sick from the new corrected burrito it really sucks thanks for nothing wish i could get my 9 bucks back like really.
