26I went right to the counter and ordered some tacos. The tacos were made. I walked out the door with my tacos. That is my experience.
Treat people like trash, very rude. Only laughs at people's requests to fix a problem. Allowed a tweeker to come to the window with my gf, then sees him threaten her after she was trying to get a refund for unwanted food. Very unprofessional fat lady. Cops were called by my gf.
Hurt. I have been going to this location for at least 20 years. This location tryed to overcharge and has terrible customer service.
Ordered 2 carne asada burritos and they were good, 3 rolled tacos were fine too. The "chicken quesadilla" I ordered was disgusting. Tasted like the chicken was cooked in enchilada sauce forever and there was a ton of sauce the consistency of tomato paste. I've never had an issue before this.
Idiots here screwed up my order twice and by the time I realized it I was 8 miles away already I over paid for the wrong food this place has gone down hill so so much it is very sad and pathetic how terrible the customer service is.you call and complain all you get is excuse no ownership of the screw up no honesty from the staff always projecting the blame on someone else
They raised the price of horchata too high. What a rip off. Señor Taco is half price and better. I will never come back to your Filibertos
